First parka coat ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first coat ever that can do everything in one. And it's my early valentines gift from husband and son. I can't wait to use it and style it when the rodeo comes. Thanks for making something beautiful for pulse size women keep them coming.i also have many hats from here.

Absolutely THRILLED !

The reviews regarding the size being too small or too large had me anxious. I ordered an XL and it fits welL, I believe, because I TOOK MY MEASUREMENTS and compared them to the SIZE CHART. I'm 5'4, 160 lbs, and the sleeves are a *tad* long because I'm really a "Petite", however, not a problem for me. It would still fit well with a sweater underneath. I've never paid this much for a coat before, but it has EVERYTHING I need and want for a very warm, waterproof, and windproof coat. I'll make good use of the guarantee if need be. Glad that I can remove the fur from the hood, and/or remove the hood from the coat. The pockets are adequate. I didn't want to look like a big snowman, and the style of the coat is a bit slimming. I thought it would weigh more / feel heavy, but it's not, and it's not restrictive. I especially like the longer length and it has the double zipper, so if I need to loosen it from the hem, up to my hips, I can. ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH IT!

Perfect for Cold Weather Adventures!

I bought the Women's Arctic Parka from North Face for my trip to Switzerland, and it was an absolute game-changer! The coat is incredibly warm - I was able to hike to the tops of mountains where temperatures were below 20°F and still felt completely comfortable and warm. The versatility in style is also a huge plus - I absolutely love the look and the fit. One of my favorite features is the inside sleeves for my hands; they add an extra layer of warmth, and I barely needed gloves because of them! I highly recommend this jacket to anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and style in extreme cold weather.

Cheap materials

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this the end of November 23, started wearing it in Mid December it's the end of January and the teeth to the zippers been falling off one by one, now the zipper doesn't stay on the track scared to even wear it anymore. I got the coat bigger than what I normally wear so it doesn't fit tight while moving around. North Face has just definitely gotten cheap on the quality. Never again

NOT WATERPROOF/ small shoulders

This coat runs small in the shoulders, leading to a tight fit in the underarms that makes thicker sweaters uncomfortable to wear. I got caught in a light rain for 30 mins while traveling in Norway, and every seam let in water. Every later down to my skin was wet. So disappointed.

Very warm, poor quality material

This coat is very warm and perfect for Michigan winters when temps are < 0 degrees. The downside to this coat is quality. Within 3 days of having it, the material started to rip by the zipper. I immediately took it back to the store wherein they told me I would need to file a claim, pay to ship my brand new coat to Texas, and wait for it to be evaluated there. At the time, it was -30 wind chill outside and I'd have to go without this coat for 6-10 weeks. I find this to be ridiculous and poor customer service. For the price of this coat, it should not rip or tear at any time during casual wear, especially within just a couple days of buying it. The rip has now spread about 5-6 inches and gets worse every time I sit down. (Note: this coat is not tight on me and I am wearing the correct size, so it is not like I am stretching the material.) Very disappointing. I wanted a warm coat & I thought this would be perfect, especially given the price. I'd rather spend more on a different brand than on another North Face with this quality and hassle of a warranty process.
