Not as good as previous model
I bought a pair of these tights last year and absolutely loved them but when I went to order another pair it said they had been discontinued and replaced with this newer version so I ordered these. I don't like them. The fabric seems thinner and they don't fit as well. They tend to shift and I'm constantly tugging them up at the knees or readjusting the waist.
Perfect for Cold Weather Walks
I am an unrepentant wearer of tights for all my exercising! I walk my dog 4 to 5 miles almost every day and at this time of year it is really cold in the early morning. I don’t like a lot of bulk. These tights are the sweet spot!!!  They are super comfortable and keep me very warm without bulkiness.  And they are actually quite flattering. The pockets are really functional.  I got them for 25% off on a Pre-Black Friday sale. I’m going to keep checking in to see if they go on sale again because I would definitely grab a pair for my daughter who has rugby practice in the freezing cold!

I have been looking for warm leggings that aren’t super bulky, and these are perfect. Nice and warm while looking like regular leggings. Thinking about buying another pair. I wish REI had the blue color.
My to go Winter pants
I love the warmth of these tights. The look and feel of them is awesome. They shed water tool Not heavy rain. I wear them all the time in the Winter of Montana. When extreme cold I'll wear smart wool long johns under them. It's perfect. The zipper at the ankle is super nice. They wash great. I lightly dry them and then hang them to dry.
