Smartwool  Smartloft Insulated Pants - Men's

These would be great pants but the cut is really unusual for Smartwool. I am 6' 1"" and 185lbs athletic build. I wear a large pant and have Smartwool wind pants that fit great. These insulated ones have too large a waste, too short a length, too little bum. I'm not sure who they're cut for but maybe more of a North American than European fit. I'm disappointed because the overall concept and materials are great. Could only order them online and can't return them. If they fit you then get them.

Wasn't sure how I was going to like these pants but they have been a great addition to my gear arsenal for both daily use and skiing. They have quickly replaced most of my sweatpants/lounge pants, in addition to being a fantastic insulated layer under my ski bib in place of my normal smartwool base layers when temps get real low. I have used them in Breck and Park City for skiing and Apres. If you are looking for some stylish insulated pants definitely consider these.

I haven't taken these pants off since I got them. I'm seriously about to order another pair. the inside of the pants are merino wool lined and insulate. They are super comfortable and soft. Highly satisfied with these. I normally wear 32 / 30 pants, and I feel the Mediums fit great. I am 5'10, 165 lbs.

We have had a real cold snap where I live and I bought these Smartwool Men's Smartloft pants for outside activities. I used them twice while shoveling snow from my driveway and a couple of times on outdoor walks. They are toasty warm and very comfortable. Thanks Smartwool your products keep me warm.

I don't want to take these pants off. I wear them on every winter hike and cold weather outing. And they've replaced sweatpants around the house. Super comfy.

I wear these for early morning warm-up movement before skiing. I also love them for cold weather dog walks and cool evening lounging.

Love these pants, although I had to order a size up with men's, but it worked! Woman's the same item just one size up

I just don't see why the price is so high. I would not recommend dropping 250 on this. Cheaper ones get the job done.

Love this pant! Soft. Warm. Comfortable. Only bummer is that it doesn't come in a tall version.
