Strap Broke after light wear
Strap Broke after light wear. We have had these for 8 months but only used as a backup shoe for some evening walks and some weekends errands. We were hoping to start hiking soon but the strap tore/broke tonight. The shoes still look like new otherwise.
Strap hole fell apart
Bought these in February. Today, the strap on one shoe came right off. They still look new when on and lightly used on the heel. Surprised that it just fell apart. Is that normal for the material to just disintegrate?
HUGE design flaw
Boots are great in theory… but HUGE design flaw. The elastic laces are not adjustable?! And are quite loose for a bungee lace… more for looks than function- they serve no purpose. My 7yo put these boots on and it was like she was walking around with untied boots. The footbed of the boot fit true to size and the ankle strap did hold her heel in place but the rest of the boot was not secure by any means. There is no way she could safely hike in these. She would have been a blistered mess from all the friction from any hike. Maybe flat terrain/ play but these are definitely not for up/downhill terrain. Wanted to love but unfortunately it’s a no.
Great hiking boots for kids
These are very comfortable hiking boots! My daughter (3. 5) loves them and is able to put them on by herself because of the velcro and elastic shoelaces. She has a good grip while running.
easy on shoe
This shoe was perfect for my daughter to get on herself! It was very comfortable and sturdy for hiking. We are glad we found this shoe. Always happy with keen!
Feet Grow to Fast,
Shoes excellent for our 4 year old Granddaughter. Sad that she has grown out of the shoes… what can we do to replace the shoe… for a larger size?
