Very nice until you wash it or get it near velcro

This shirt was an amaziningly comfortable shirt. However, it is EXREMEMLY susceptible to pulls, either in a delicate laundry or anywhere near velcro. I discovered this after one week of enjoyment. It's now a wreck.

All around great pullover sweater

Purchased this item for an overseas trip to cooler climate. Love the feel the light weight - will be perfect over a light t-shirt without feeling bulky. Fit is much smaller than normal, and fairly form-fitting - I normally wear a L to XL depending on the shirt/sweater but had to purchase an XXL fit my shoulders/arms comfortably, but length is still great/not too long. The style/look works in a range from casual campsite to dressed up with some jeans/city pants. It's in the "base layer" category so going to fit a bit more snugly than top layer.

Warm and Attractive

I bought this as valentines gift for my partner, now I think it was more for me....he looks so good in it. The design has a bit of character, I joke built in back pre-sweat stain but it took me a little while to actually notice it and I really like the dimension (?) it brings to it - subtle knit difference. He's worn it a few times already, commented more than I've heard about clothes usually. This is definitely on the 'buy in other colors' list.

Smart Smartwool

Form fitting. Warm. Neck not too tight yet snug enough to block wind from going down shirt. Sleeve length on longer side which is better. Nice color.

Was it a fluke?

I really like Smartwool. These knits are comfortable and breathe, but found it was unraveling and coming apart after only a month of solely skiing. No heavy packs or rigorous wear and it was coming apart. REI replaced it. Going on second one. Three replacements. Threes a charm right? Now we'll see if it was a fluke

Stylish and Versatile

Stylish, well designed, and versatile layer for work and play. Fits slightly small (I had to size up to large).

great but choose size accordingly!

I bought this sweater for my dad for the holidays. I know this is meant to be active wear, but I bought this as an inside sweater. He is normally a size large, which fits great for if you want a tight fit

good thermal protection but poor durability

washed for two times(nothing violent just delicate wash mode and under 30 water) and the weave of the back was teared apart, have to return it.
