Very nice skirt!
I’m fairly happy with the skirt overall and I’m so happy with the more summery colors. Cute length for bike riding and everything goes with sea salt! I know the skirt covers everything, but you can really see underwear through the liner, even lighter ones. Not sure that it’s a deal breaker so I’ll keep wearing them.
Color is much much darker than pictured.
Ordered sky gray and color is not a light gray at all. Overall fit as expected though.
Shorts Underneath are sheer
This skirt itself is great, truly. Great high waist fit, the orangey color is really nice. However, the white shorts underneath are 100% sheer. There was no hiding skin at all, even with neutral undergarments you can see everything. I like the shorter length of the skirt, but the shorts might as well not be there for how sheer they are. I hope to wear this style casually while running around town or with my kids, but having the shorts would make me feel more comfortable. I exchanged for a color that has the black shorts under because I do love the skirt!
Design needs improvement
I have some older FF skorts and these fit nicely but wanted a higher waistband. Had my hopes up with the new skort but did not lay well. Too much fabric coming off of the horizontal seam presenting a "gathered" look. The excess gathered fabric makes one look heavier in the waist and abdomen it lays strangely.. dipping/folding in between my thighs. Not a good look overall. If you could keep the old skort design and just add on top of the existing waistband to make it a higher rise, you'd nail it and I would buy again.
Functional, Comfortable, and Cute as Heck
I have worn the original breeze skort and absolutely love the changes made to the recent design. The waist is higher which I love. It feels more secure and comfortable to wear across activities. It's very flattering, too, and I have received many compliments. The shorts are comfy and have pockets and the skort has 2 small pockets (one which is zippered) too. I am 5'9 with a 29" waist and 38" hips, and the small fits well. I got the sky gray color which is a soft color with a blueish tint.
Even better design!
I have the original one from a few years ago and added the white color one recently. I found that it's even more flattering on the mid section than the prior version. Love the light color option. These are great because there are hidden pockets in the biker shorts. I packed the skorts for our cruise and also to walk around Disney and I love how I can quickly access my phone bc I put my phone in the short pockets. Great design!
Nice but looks a bit big
I really wanted this skort to fit me. I am 5’3” and 106 lbs. The XS was too big not in the waist, but just too much material. It looked really odd.....like the fit looked too big even tho in the waist it fit. The feel of the material is perfect though. So sad but had to return it. The orangey-peach color is really pretty!!
Love these shorts!
I now have 4 Breeze skorts - I've earned them - time to give away all the Amazon ones that aren't made well and do not keep me cool. I love the unique colors and the fit is perfect - I am so happy that FreeFly offers the longer length! Now will you please make the perfect sports bra to wear with all of my awesome outfits?
Great slort!
Great coverage and still remain stylish. I am very active and love skorts. The undershort is comfortable. I love that sun protection is in the fabric. What I really like is the short length in front, longer length in back. Thanks for a great product.
Runs big
I like it but wish I had ordered a medium. The size chart suggested a large and i think it’s a bit big. I have already washed it so can’t return. Also the shipping was slow this time. I love FREEFLY CLOTHING, and their shipping packaging.
