I've been wearing Asics size 9 for 7 years. Every pair I've put on has been super comfy right out of the box. I've always ordered online and never had a return until today. It took me months to decide on the Noosa 16 because my Noosa 14 were my fave shoe ever and I have been searching for them resale. Out of the box, the Noosa 16 are adorable. But that's where the good review ends. The first time I tried them on was after a long day at work. I'm a nurse. They felt tight and my toes were hitting the edge of the shoe. So I waited to try them on this morning right when I got out of bed. And again they are too short and too narrow, my pinkie toe is visible thru the fabric. Barefoot. But the worst part of it is how they made my arch actually hurt stepping into it. I tried walking around my apartment and my right foot was actually in pain. This was first thing in the morning. Returning. Immediately. Disappointed.
I always wear noosas. They are my go to sneaker. These ones don't fit like the NoosA. I'm always a 10 in sneakers. I'm a 9-9.5 in most shoes. The 10 didn't fit at all. It felt like a 8.5. It squeaked when I walked on the floor really loudly. The heel in the old style noosas was what I loved. I have narrow heels and the old asics excite, my heel would come up in the back and rub a hole on the inside of the heel eventually. These seemed like they would do that if they were the proper size and my toe wasn't jammed into the front. I was so disappointed. Last year I ordered 3 pairs of noosas and I loved them. I have a really hard time finding sneakers and have been so happy to have noosas as my go to and now I'm lost on what shoe will fit. I always just grab 2-3 pairs of noosas and know my feet and back will be happy
Asics changed the fabric mesh in the Tri 16 to a cheaper mesh fabric. They also changed the front of the shoe. If you have a series of TRI Noosa versions and the repeat customers are happy, why change the shoe? Returned- its a running shoe and runners can tell the difference. Changes like these affect sales, which affects profits. Maybe cut down on so many products and focus on the products that are great so you don't need to cheapen the shoe and listen to customers. For years ppl have been repurchasing Tri Noosa shoe and you change it - I'll be moving on to a competitor running shoe.
Perfecto,Llevo años usando esta marca h soy enfermera y son Los mejores Que e usado
I buy this shoe every year when it comes out. I usually go for the bright colors but this black and white looks so sharp. Shoes are extremely comfy for running, walking and general soccer mom days. HOWEVER, y'all best be walking on the sidewalks or carpet because the second you hit tile or hardwood these shoes are SQUEAKY! I thought maybe the sole would wear a little and they would stop squeaking after a few weeks but NO! No sneaking in late to a meeting in these, and if there are hardwoods in the baby's room, just take off the darn shoes before entering.
I have worn ASICS for many years but I have to say that I have been disappointed with this pair. Although they look amazing, they squeak very loudly and while walking down long hallways in a hospital I wanted to take my shoes off to avoid the stares from others. A nurse who was wearing the Noosa Tri 15 asked me if my squeaking shoes were the 16 because she heard the sound.. she had returned a pair because of the noise. I’m not much for returning items , it too much of a hassle and I will just choose another Asics style next time.
Great shoe with loads of comfort, the size is true and the color choices are what originally brought me to purchase the shoe…that said, my one complaint is that the shoe farts 💨 I purchased the shoe to wear on runs and for work, however due to the flatulence that occurs with the sole of each shoe, I will not be able to wear said pair to work until gas reduction has been reached. But overall 10/10 on comfort and stability when I use them for my running in private areas, as to not offend the public
First of all, for the price, bring back speed laces. Second, I’ve been buying size 11 since Tri 13 and I haven’t had an issue with fit or form. Tri 16 size 11 is too small and the it seems as though the toe box is more narrow. I will most likely stay with the 13s or 14s since those styles fit my feet the best. I gave it a 3 because the color schemes and patterning on the 16 series are great.
Was not happy with the two pairs of Noosa Tri 16 that I purchased. Both pairs incessantly make a "squeak" noise with walking/running. I have purchased many pairs of Noosa Tri sneakers before and never had this issue. I usually love these sneakers but just disappointed with my newest ones because I feel as though I wasted my money....not able to wear them due to the constant squeakiness :(
I normally love the Noosa Tri Shoes. I've owned the 13s 14s and 15s, and I'm a 9.5 in all of them. In the 16s the 9.5 was too small, but the 10s are too wide, and they hurt my heels. I'm on my feet for 12 hour shifts and have stuck with Noosa Tri since I found them, but the 16s feel like they were made cheaper, and the sizing is definitely different for me.
