I recently wore these shoes for a day trip up into the Incredible Hulk and was super psyched! The approach was snowy and wet with a 3,000+ foot elevation gain in 5.5 miles. My feet stayed dry and happy for the whole hike. My feet were not even tired by the end of the hike, which seems surprising as I haven't really been hiking big approaches at all lately as I am just recovering from a hip resurfacing surgery that took place 4 months prior. So...yes I would definitely recommend these shoes! Very impressed. They're super easy so get on and off, easy to adjust, super comfy and fully water proof (as I stepped right into a couple of streams and walked in the snow quite a bit).
