Game changing bibs!!

I’ve been wanting bibs for several years and finally pulled the trigger during a great OR sale. These have been game changers for me! They have just the right amount of insulation, and I like that they have thigh vents in case it’s too warm out. The color is amazing and so many people have complimented the look and fit. The waterproofing has held up well so far! Thanks Outdoor Research!

No complaints!

I am about 5'9", 140lbs and I bought size small. They fit really well, borderline snug. Length is fine for boots or ski boots. Comfy and not just a shell, has a tiny bit of insulation too. Shipping was fast! We didn't get a ton of snow over the holidays but I still used them to build the tiniest snowman.

Emphasis on relaxed fit

I really wanted to like these bibs (the calcite color is amazing!), but they were just too baggy on me. I ordered my usual size, a medium (I am 5'10" and 155lb for reference). I'd say I am somewhere between a thin and athletic build, and these were just loose in all the wrong places. They were super loose on the sides of the chest, and very baggy in the butt, save for where they rode up my butt crack, which could be because of my height. I'd imagine if you have a larger chest these could be a good fit, but I wound up returning. On that note, thank you OR for making returns a breeze!

Great simple bibs

I've had a chance to use these bibs twice now. Once on a sunny groomer day, another on a cold storm day, and both times they have been great! I enjoy the roomy-ness to them, lots of lady bibs are a bit tight fitting but these really give you good range of motion. The are pretty simple low cost bibs so I think they do a great job. I do prefer my Burton bibs for the zipper on both sides so I can use the bathroom easier, but I definitely don't have any complaints for these. Water proofing has worked great. If you're looking for a lower cost hard worker, go for these!

Extremely comfortable

I am 5'4 145 lbs and I ordered the medium. These fit me just a little loose everywhere but that was ok with me because I wanted to be able to layer underneath. I can't believe how light the pants feel but SUPER warm! I first put them on to shovel snow in Jackson WY (about 4-5 ft) so I didn't put anything on underneath the pant. I thought I'd feel a bit cold but I was toasty warm the entire time! In fact it was my upper body that was feeling a bit of the outside chill, not my legs. I love how you can unzip to go the the bathroom too. Color is perfect!

Not impressed at all

I'm an XS in a lot of Outdoor Research clothing. I was going to order Medium in these for layering but decided to just get a Small since it is said to be "relaxed fit", it's definitely not a relaxed fit and was actually a bit tight. I ordered the Tall (I'm 5'11) and they are too short, definitely a bit silly looking. I don't know who "Tall" is made for if not women in the 5'9 and up range. They are also less insulated than I expected which would have been fine but I'm returning because of the sizing issues. I wish Outdoor Research would have more inclusive sizing. Only a small number of their items are made with a tall option and it's still not long enough. None of their other bibs that I've seen have tall lengths so I'm disappointed I won't be able to shop from them.

Not bad but not perfect

I am 5'3 and 110lbs. I got a size XS with regular inseam. Fits well in the leg and waist with room to wear my down coat underneath. I have worn it once so far skiing in below freezing temps and it held its heat well. What is disappointing is the bib cut. The bib gaps quite a bit at either side of the upper chest. It feels as if it was made to fit busts of C or D cup size even though it is an extra small. So close to being a really great bib purchase.

Love em

Love these for colder days but I wouldn't say they are incredibly warm which is fine since I can always wear thicker long undies. A bit of a baggy leg look, but somewhat typical of insulated OR pants. My only issue is the chest zippered pocket isn't quite big enough my iPhone to sit upright so my wire headphone cable doesn't get crimped. (I know, first world problems.) The chest pocket in my other OR bibs (the Carbide) is plenty big enough.

Nice wind layer for Northern living...

Bought these for a trip to Iqaluit and they were prefect for breaking the wind and keeping me warm. I was just walking around town at -35 with wind and was super warm. Looking forward to trying them out for more outdoor activities (hiking/sking) but even some upcoming outdoor events, good as a wind layer and paired with base layers. I'm, 5'2 170 lbs and the large fit well with layers. They are still pretty long even for the short version.

Great first experience with ski bibs!

I'm 5'5" 115lbs and I ordered the XS. I was a little concerned they would be too small, but they fit perfectly. I'm a snowboarder so I'm bending over and sitting a lot during a ski day and these bibs never felt too tight or made movement uncomfortable. I first wore them snowboarding in cold temps in Utah and they kept my legs perfectly warm with long underwear underneath. I wish they came in more fun colors. Very happy with these bibs!
