I was so excited about this kit, which I hoped to use at my apartment. I had it for only one or two weeks when it suddenly stopped working, and I couldn’t figure out what had gone wrong or how to fix it. I contacted Customer Service at BioLite and never got any response: they just ignored my request for help completely. I wonder if they actually have any support staff at all to answer inquiries. This was a very frustrating experience and now instead of having an environmentally friendly source of light, I have a box of useless parts. A completely frustrating experience. If you purchase this product, you take a risk that it will be a dud, and you will be stuck on your own with a box of useless parts.
I like this product (and liked the former prices)
I owned a prior version and have had zero issues with it. Granted, I don't use the additional lights much. But I use the radio often and charge devices, and it stays charged with east sun. I just bought the newer version for at work, and I'm glad I bought it on sale from $200.00, since I'm seeing they raised the price to 300.00.
