Excellent functional spray skirt
I ordered this as a replacement to my 20 year-old harmony spray skirt that had pretty much bitten the dust. Sizing it up against my cockpit I wasn’t sure it would fit, but it fit perfectly on the cockpit of my 17 foot hand built woodenGuillemot kayak. It’s lightweight, has functional suspenders with rust proof catches and a tension bar that holds the cover up to prevent water from pooling. Also has a zipper so that you can access items while while sitting in the boat with the cover on. It’s nice to have a spray skirt that fits snuggly and perfectly. Because it’s lightweight it’s easy to stand and walk about with it on. It has two mesh side pockets in which you can store small items such as small tube of sunscreen or an energy bar. Great for kayaking in mild temperate zones. I love it! My only request is that they make a version with larger deck pockets next time.
