Ouch. Not great.

These felt terrible. I'm overall supportive of adding insoles for additional support and to help with overall longevity and aches on long days. But I have to say, I've never had a pair of shoes hurt my feet the way these do without insoles. The toe box is also a little cramped. They ARE waterproof. But I have other waterproof hiking sneakers that have never hurt my feet the way these did without insoles. The construction seems fine but I don't think I want to wear these long enough to test their durability.

Great buy.

Wore them for the first time on a 25 mile backpacking trip. I got a 1/2 size up like I do with my running shoes and there was enough room for my feet to feel comfortable all day, especially going downhill. Very comfy. Zero break-in period. Sole is sturdy enough for rocky terrain and didn't slip on wet rocks. Was able to double up on socks due to the cold. Didn't have a chance to test the waterproof aspect.

Non-breathable

These are nice shoes but upon trying them on, i can feel what everyone else is saying that it makes your feet hot. The fabric is double layered so its definitely not breathable. Looks sturdy and no other issues. But if you want your feet to not be in a hot box, don't get these. I'd wear light socks with them. I'm a size 7 and glad i sized up to an 8. They run small.

Ankle Biters

I had a red pair of this shoe and absolutely loved it. This pair is cutting into the back of my ankles. It hurts to wear them. I have tried two pairs of socks and although better they still hurt and cause sores. They look nice and they are waterproof but I’m not sure I can break them in enough to actually wear.

Lasted 3 months before the treads started falling apart

Pros: Comfortable once broken in Waterproof Look nice Cons: Tread started falling apart at 3 months of normal daily use. Not worth the money at all! Since they are waterproof they have no breathability, my feet have never sweat so much until I bought these shoes.

Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes matched the description, they are waterproof but also super comfy. I was hesitant on the color combination but when I got them they looked great. I would definitely go hiking and on walks with them but I would also wear them for my daily routine

Order a half size up

I read previous reviews about ordering up a half size and I'm glad I did. Usually wear an 8 US women's, I ordered a 8.5 and they fit snug but are flexible and have excellent tread. Not as breathable but keeps the feet warm.

Good sneaker

Wanted a waterproof shoe & this fits the bill. It needs to be broken in because it feels a little tight with winter socks & the shoe laces are too short but otherwise I’m happy with them.

Wrong dimensions

My wife is normally a 9.5 in Columbia shoes but these fit poorly---too skinny and too long. So they were both big and small. Not very comfortable at all. Returned
