Too wide, looks like a sack of potatoes unless full

My gf had the older version. We loved it but the stitches ended up failing at the bottom where that corner was. I decided I wanted the new one and am pretty disappointed. It is way wider than the previous one which, along with the new design which lacks structure, causes the back to look like a shapeless sack of potatoes unless completely full, which for me is relatively rare. The old version always looked slick so I’m really disappointed by the updated design, maybe I’m not Chrome’s actual market and everyone is carrying two feet wide items but that’s me.

I love this bag

I bought this recently because it was on sale, but wow, I love this bag! I can literally fit a 25lb bag of dog food in it and still have space. It's also thoughtfully designed with a soft magnetic closure, multiple options for closing it, and even handles to carry it like a regular tote. Maybe my only complaint so far is that the handles seem a bit less robust than the rest of the bag. It's a perfect multi-functional item & I could see using it to pack for a weekend trip or something. I really like it.

Great Pack

I waited a few months to put out a review. I love this pack. You do need to get used to it. The buckles are opposite; on each side. This allows two different ways to use the buckles; depending on light or full use. When you don't have much in the pack, you can close it with the top buckles then run one of the lateral straps through the top. Well made; heavy duty. Great pack!

Great bag!!!! So much space and light

This bag is AMAZING it is huge and light and has no problem fitting my 16’ MacBook. There is so much room. The only thing I can see happening is the clip that goes across your chest seems a little fragile. But I wouldn’t take a star away from it since it has a lifetime warranty. I love all the room and even the pocket on the side has a lot of room. I love chrome and usually get the cross the shoulder bags with the seatbelt but I am 100% happy with this bag. I was going to get the smaller one but I am glad I didn’t because I can just roll the top and have all the extra space if I need it. This is the king lad bag you take with you and just fill it up and don’t worry about space. Thanks chrome. I’m is San Francisco and have been buying your bags when you first were here. You’ve only got better with time.

Love,Love,Love each other

I love this bag, I use this bag for work, leisure time, and travel. I have a time share and I travel allot this is a perfect bag and large enough for four days worth of clothes because, it has a washer and dryer. I take it as a carry-on on the plane. I Never close the bag. I have purchased 2 of this bags in different sizes and colors. I like the fact that it’s waterproof as well.

Great craft, excellent construction, internal organization needs

I am had on bags and need them to work in all weather. This one does it all. And I like that I can roll it down to vary the size of it. I also like the external pocket more than I thought I would. It would benefit from more internal organization. Maybe Chrome packing cubes?

Replacement bag

This is a replacement for an Urban Ex 30L bag I have and I love it. I already knew I loved this bag, but it has undergone a few updates since I bought mine and they’re all brilliant. It’s been tweaked to perfection. And I love the color! Lifelong Chrome fan here for sure.

Terrible bag

Firstly, I am a big chrome fan. This bag is a huge miss. The top does not close properly. The side straps are way too far down if you are carrying a small load. The fit on the back with a laptop makes it extremely uncomfortable on a bike, which is its main purpose.

Great quality

This purchase was for a gift and our daughter is extremely pleased with her new backpack. She says the look and quality is exceptional. Buying with chrome was efficient and easy. Highly recommend. This site for online purchasing.
