terrible quality

bought few months ago but used it this weekend for the first time. I did not fill it up, just a phone, wallet, tiny hand sanitizer and lip balm and the strap ripped on the seams, it is terrible quality. I was very excited to get this product because the size is what am looking for and wanted to use it for this weekend’s event, sorely disappointed.
