Bought these because of the more symmetrical toe shape in hopes it would alleviate my toe pain caused by Morton's Toe (the 2nd digit being longer than the big toe). These shoes work perfectly. I sized up half a size due to what was in stock, but it accommodates my wider feet really well. I'm coming from an aggressive pair of shoes with a lot of arch so I was worried about the grip in the toe. I don't have any toe pain anymore and I still feel like I'm able to point and grip easily. I'm still not convinced by the rubber in the toe grip, though, but I think it's just something I'll need to get used to.
Right out of the box I love these. I usually prefer lace ups but these fit great and the rubber is excellent. My new favoriote shoe.
