This light is bright. That is a great feature. However, I do not like how difficult to get to flash mode. When I start my ride on many mornings, it is dark so I need light for seeing as well as for visibility. At some point, I need light just for visibility, so I like to change to flashing. Sometimes, I keep pressing the button and never get to flashing; i get different light intensities or off, but not flashing. Another flaw, the mounting strap is very short. I had to REALLY pull on it to mount it on my handlebars. I expect it will break soon since I have to take the light on and off for charging.
Nice and bright, with a wide beam that is very good for cycling. Pretty decent battery life for its compact size. I have seen another review about difficulty getting to flash mode, but I never use that mode. I have accidentally toggled to flash mode though. The strap is unfortunately rather short for my road aero bar bike, so I am looking for a strap alternative/replacement. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
Finally found a front light that checks all the boxes. Great options for just alerting other riders or vehicles you are near, and if needed a powerful lamp to light your way in the dark. I got caught too far from home to get home before dark, and was so thankful for this light on a pitch black bike trail. Easy to pop on and off, easy to charge.
