You get what you pay for really
Seemed like the correct fit when I got it, installed easy enough. But after just a couple minor adjustments, one of the face screws stripped, and another of the washers was already falling apart. Buyer beware.
Reject AI at REI
I am sure the stem is fine, but I am having shipping issues and unable to connect with a human. Do right by your customers and your employees, not just your executives. Stop using AI.
Handlebar adjustment.
Quality is excellent. It lifted my handlebar and shortened the reach compared to the stock stem.
