TINY! SIZING NOT CORRECT!
TINY! SIZING NOT CORRECT! I'm a huge fan of Smartwool Men's Run Targeted Cushion Mid Crew Socks. I have a couple pairs of these socks and love them for everything from daily shop and office work, walking, running, climbing approaches, hiking. That's why I ordered more. Unfortunately, they've either got a mis labeled batch or they've changed sizing. They're smaller in diameter and length and they're thinner. They're sewn XL on the sock, but they're tiny. Maybe it's bc they're Unisex (ref packaging)? But, I clearly ordered Men's XL.
Comfortable socks
Very comfortable socks. The targeted cushion on the ball of the foot and the heel are located in the right spots. If you wear your shoes with a snug fit, the extra cushion will make the shoes fit more snuggly.
Use under extreme ultra conditions
I recently purchased 3 pr to rotate use on a 27 day (500 mile run) adventure. I am currently just past the halfway mark. The sox are holding up well. So far, no blisters or chaffing. After each use I rinse and air dry. There is plenty of life left in each pair. In fact perhaps two pair would have been sufficient.
