Debatable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely cute and great for hikes. However- I wore it on 2 hikes (never washed), and this is happening. Mind you, it is loose on me. So, too tight is not the problem. I ordered on 6/5/24 online.
Clearly not meant for hiking
This item is advertised as best use being for hiking. There is no way to urinate hiking without fully removing the top half of the outfit. Then imagine where the top half of the garment goes when you slip it off, squat and try to urinate without hitting it. Either the person who chose to market this as a member exclusive has never been hiking, or has never been hiking with anyone female.
Unfounded complaints on boss onesie
Honestly, I believe the complaints about exposure in this onesie is unfounded. As with hiking in any overall, one should expect exposure when they're doing their business. Even in a two-piece your bottom half will be exposed, and unintentional spraying is always a risk. Be sensible; wear a top underneath. This onesie is flattering up top and forgiving on the curves. With generous pockets and a lightweight feel, it resists wrinkles like a champ and even converts to a romper!
Lightweight and roomy!
Finally! A jumpsuit that is meant for only the super thin! It is an oversized fit which makes me feel comfortable and allows room to actually move as I am hiking. The fabric is light and comfortable and is quite breathable. I am taller than most and actually curvy and I felt really comfortable in this piece- when usually im not the one grabbing a jumpsuit as my first choice. Thankful I can still look trendy in this while it’s totally functional on the trails. I’m really confused about the review being upset about using the bathroom while on a hike….wear a tank top….or a sports bra….either way SOMETHING is going to be exposed??? Let’s think before saying something so silly, shall we?! Overall, great jumpsuit
These reviewers don’t make sense
Next day delivery was amazing! Great color, material, and over all very cool one piece. If you need to go use the restroom just wear a tank top and pop a squat. I don’t understand the reviews. Anyway I’m digging the oversized fit and love that they convert into shorts. My only complaint is that the shoulder straps are a big long so I will need to seam it closed so I’m not giving a view into my side. Ordered an XL but may opt for a large.
Love them, don't ride up when walking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general I'm a fan of overalls, and have been looking for a pair that would work for hiking and were convertible. These are GREAT! They don't ride up when I'm walking or hiking so I don't have to constantly pull them down or adjust. The shorts are long enough to still hike in and I love all the pockets. I am 5'11" - size 12/14 and bought the XL - they hit my ankles, which works ok considering I wear them with hiking boots but would have loved to see a long inseam option, but I'm not mad at it. Didn't leave me sweaty or wet after a long day outside, nice material, and really like how they look.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE
Very structured but loose and breathable fabric. Saw it in store and thought it looked kinda meh on the manikin but, WOW. It's adorable. Love that there are three comfortable pockets that aren't going to slide your outfit to the side when you place something with a little heft in them.
City walking, home gardening, very short hikes
With the name I was hoping to find practical women's hiking overall. Then I read the details. NOPE. Maybe good for short hikes/walks, cute to walk around town in. What I think I'd love: pockets, fabric, zip-off pants2shorts, cuff cords. Otherwise, a few points to consider, and the reasons I wouldn't buy for hiking: Front zipper good for putting on/off, but 1. North Face/Clerb, why not make small snaps in the crotch for us?? We'll need to pull our leg ALL the way out, muddy shoe and all, and now there is mud INSIDE the pant and the time to do that is not practical. The being 'naked' outside part doesn't bother me, but others may be uncomfortable. 2. How about adjustable straps? 11" drop in armhole for me 5'3") means the bottom of the hole is down to my bra line! Nice and airy but that's a lot of gappage if I didn't want to wear tank or tshirt, like the model. 3. I love overalls & one-pieces, and when using 'facilities' with overalls (gardening pants or ski bibs) the straps/upper portion get neatly tucked into the legs/crotch of the pants, they don't drag on the ground & get peed on, BUT, WHY have a belt with a one piece? It's one more thing to undo/redo when using facilities (more time off trail/not hiking/getting bugbit). Plus a benefit of overalls is no 'waist'!! Can I suggest either rename or redesign these? Crotch opening, adjustable straps at the very least.
Great piece for hiking or around town
I love this piece! I got it at clearance price, which was more feasible for me, and I was so excited to find it on sale. I definitely wear a tank top underneath, so having to take down the top to use the restroom doesn't bother me. I'm a casual hiker, usually under 4 miles, so this will work great for me. It dries super quickly and is very comfortable. I also love it for running errands and general wear. I'm 6'2", 225lbs, with a 49" hip and 38" waist. I wear the the XXL and it fits with extra room.
Beautiful and comfortable
Amazing want more in different colors but can be a little loose. When you remove the pants they become short and can be a long short unless you roll them up
