I just purchased these so cannot say how they will feel on the bike but at least they fit nicely but they run a bit small. What I liked was the loose legs around the calves. Also it was not a HIGH RISE which I do not like. I am short waisted. I sized up to an XXL instead of an XL because I dont like tight bike shorts anymore. The material is soft and not too thin. I live in NW so its not that hot here. For Shebest, I wear an XL but Terry has made her clothes a bit smaller lately and I have gotten a bit bigger in the tummy. Bottom line- If you want tight fitting, dont size up.
Nice thick material, minimal pad so perfect for shorter rides or touring where comfort is key but my 2nd pair did stretch out in the legs and waist. Good for a casual cyclist but not high end enough for a serious rider.
The fabric is perfect, but the chamois is the absolute worst. 😠it barely covers my sit bones but goes *many* inches too far in the front. It’s literally the most ludicrous chamois placement I’ve ever seen. Maybe it’s a sewing defect. Unfortunately I removed tags and wore it for one ride, and I’m so disappointed. I have other Terry pants, and this is not an issue.
These capris are perfect for biking. They have the perfect stretch, perfect padding and the weight is great for summer.
