Size isn't what it says
Exchange for snake size, still felt to big. Bought another pair 1 more size down and way too tight. Got refunded for first 2 pairs. Tried wearing third pair for couple days but ended up hurting very because too small. Since wrote them outside felt wrong returning again. Might retry the size in middle but not sure because hate to keep spending money for non fitting shoes. Like the soles and really wanted them to work
Better than Crocs
A pretty good pair of shoes for casual adventures. I bought them for some short hikes and use around water in the Ecuadoiran rainforest and Galapagose islands. They look like funky crocs so you won't be going to any 5 star resturants in them but they are pretty comfortable. I found that on really slipper rocks or docks they were okay but not near quite as good as I expected. The traction just isnt there. For use in water like on a rocky beach or floating down a river I'd recomend going with .5 size smaller to get a better fit. I'm usually 11.5 - 12 and so I went with the 12. When dry the 12 was fine, comfortable, and worked. But in the water I wanted a little more snuggness around my foot.

Next Gen big improvement over original, runs small
The Next Gen style runs considerably smaller than the original Hydro Moc. I purchased these for both my wife and myself. I've worn out 4 or 5 pairs of the original Hydro Mocs and I much prefer this Next Gen style over the original. Even though I am almost never on pavement the original Hydro Moc style wears quickly by comparison, and around the yard I've had thorns and prickers stick in my foot because they pierce the thinner soft sole. Also, the original style is dangerously slippery on a smooth wet surface. I find the Next Gen model a huge improvement.
Don’t Fit Well
TL;DR: tried two sizes, but neither fit right I was stoked about these shoes ever since they were first announced so as soon as they dropped I scooped up a pair. I ordered a size 9 for the last Mocs, so I did again with these, but when they were arrived they fit too snug for comfort. Slightly upset, I exchanged them for a size 10 but they were too big with my foot sliding around just enough for it to be annoying. Bummed neither size fit well I was really excited for these shoes.

SIZE WAY DOWN!
I don't know if people are wearing these with thick socks socks or what, but I originally ordered a half-size down and they felt like they would easily slip right off my feet, especially once they were wet. I normally wear 10.5 and ended up having to return my 10s and get 9s, and those fit perfectly. Otherwise these are super cool for boating, beach days, walking on reefs, etc...
Very comfortable and visually cool 🔥
I originally purchased the walnut color and decided to exchange them for the black color. Exchanging them by mailing them back at no cost to me so was a plus. I’m very happy with them, super comfortable and they look great! I’m a US MEN’S 10.5 - 99% of the time but since these do not come in half sizes, I sized down to a 10 and they are perfect. I think 11 would be too big.
If Hobbits wore shoes, they would wear these!
I got pairs in all three colors to match my clothes changes. They are perfect for summer. Easy slip-on but stay secure in walking. Great cushioning and real traction treads. No socks needed. Love the interesting, very organic sculpted form, look like they were grown out of a tree root. If Hobbits wore shoes, these would be the shoes they would wear.
Great butt… update to my first review.
My first review was incorrect. Top of foot and shoe upper is fine. It’s the sole of the shoe in the middle right and left sides that digs into the bottom of my foot, causing discomfort. Everything else is great. Easy step in, wide toe box, durable soles. I’m hoping that the sole will flatten out a little with use so they are more comfortable.

I wanted a shoe I can use in travels to SE Asia. I'm not there yet, but I am wearing them in Northern California to break them in and I'm pleased with the comfort of the sole, the light weight and the ease of slipping them on and off without losing their stability when walking on rough terrain. Two thumbs up!
