Icebreaker 200 oasis glove liner defective
I wore these twice as a glove liner and the pointer finger developed a hole in it . These are NOT CHEAP so I will look for a return and a new pair .
I would never purchase these glove liners again
used them as liners inside my ski gloves. After approx five/six weeks, the fingers were worn through. icebreaker warranty said it was down to excessive use and refused to replace them in my opinion, they are not fir for purpose!
Lovely close fitting gloves
I need gloves that are thin enough so that I can use my camear, scope etc without taking ,y loves off. But hey need to be warm enough to keep my hands warm too. These gloves are perefct for me. Nice and close fitting, with no lumps or awkward seams, so I can use my camera etc very easily with them on. Also great as liner gloves for really cold weather. Time will tell whether they are durable too - my last pair of merino gloves were a different brand, and all the fingers wore out in less than a year!
Thin but Mighty
I used these liners as gloves and hand protection while I was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. They were the best surprise and survived all the use and abuse. After getting them so muddy and dirty, I thought they were spent. But no sir, I washed them and they looked like new.
Great lightweight gloves or liners
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Lightweight and warm on their own. They fit easily in a pocket or my small purse so I have them easily at hand going in and out of shops spring, fall and winter. They work well as liners too, inside other gloves or mittens during very cold weather.
Uh! Oh!
I loved the Icebreaker Merino gloves that I used as ski glove liners. They were warm and fit well in the outer gloves. However, after just a few outings they had a hole in them and signs that in a couple other places holes would develop.
Great for running
Those gloves are highly breathable and light enough not to sweat when running outside at higher intensity in 5 to -5C weather. These are thin and some complained about the durability of the gloves, but for now these are great.
Super soft
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brilliant glove liners, super soft (and I'm REALLY picky about softness!!!). Used them under fat mittens while telling to Everest base camp. I've got small hands and should have picked the xs size
Warm, just what I wanted
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hubby really struggles with cold hands and he needed a thin pair of merino wool gloves to go under other gloves whilst working night shifts. His hands are warm, less painful and he is very happy.
Worth the purchase
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Oasis glove liners are worth purchasing. They are comfortable, feel soft, keep your fingers warm, and wash well. I would recommend the Icebreaker product and would purchase them again.
