Solid Power Supply!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The InstantGo 5000 arrived well packages, with understandable instructions and everything necessary to fully power my Samnsung S9 from 5% charge to 75%. It took 3.5 hours to get the 5000 to 100%. My primary use is to recharge my phone and recharge my JBL Clip 3 while playing Pickleball for a few hours. Its very handy and easy to use.
Really Decent Power Bank
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Infinity Lab Power Bank Review Received the Infinity Lab 5000 power bank via UPS.Open the package and gently surprised on the box holding the power bank. Above average packaging. Any way took out the contents, power bank, instructions, charging cable. The charging cable looks and feels to be decent quality, the instructions had good pic-to-graphs. The writing too small for these older eyes. And the Instant go 5000 initially felt really good in the hands. The power bank is smaller cell p[hone size. Has a rubberized covering which will help when my hands are sweaty. Found the little power switch and the indicators showed only a light charge. So pluged in the unit to a charger and walked away. Two hours later it had a full charge. My phone has a good sized battery and to charge took 3/4ths of power from the bank, On to the charger again. In and around the house I play a lot of music thru my phone to a nice sounding portable sound bar. It seems the phone or the sound bar is always low on power. Plug in the InstantGo 5000 and all is good. The built in charge cable is the one thing making this power bank so useful to me. Treated with care the built-in cable would last a long time. I would have liked to have seen a little heavier cable, but time will tell on longevity. With a suggested retail of $49.95, maybe a little high in my opinion but offset by the fact you can call and hopefully talk to a real person or chat via text. Note: Registration of the unit was a standard usual thing. Not unexpected. A nice dividend it when working with the code in the lower right hand corner takes you directly to the registration page. Wonderful. The bottom line is one question. Will I be using the Instago5000 on a regular basis. And the answer is yes. I have no issues with this product and give an overall high rating.
The Little Battery that lasts!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had actually lost my backup battery a couple weeks before this became available, so it was pretty much perfect timing for me to test out a new one. Glad I did! Way lighter than my old battery backup, it charges up really quick if I need to run out of the house, and my phone gets a good three charges out of this thing before it dies. Love the built in USB-C cable as well as it's one less thing I have to remember in my bag.
Checks all the boxes

But there are three things I think that set it apart: 1) Super lightweight, but doesn't feel at all cheap or flimsy - actually felt the opposite 2) Built-in cable is genius, very handy because it means I don't need to bring a separate cable if I take this out with me 3) Eco-friendly in both product and packaging, always a big plus in my book
Ultralightweight fast charger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the InstantGo 5000 now on several occasions, and I have to say it's the best charger I've had to date. This thing is smaller than a cellphone, with an integrated USB-C cable that nests uniformly and flush into the charger. It's also lighter weight than my phone, which made it the ideal companion to my recent trip to a theme park, where I was able to simply plug my phone into the InstantGo and slide them both into my pocket. When I finally got back to the hotel in the middle of the night, the phone was still fully charged, and there was still enough charge left on the InstantGo to use it a bit more the next day. It measures 2.5" wide, 5.5" tall, and a half inch thick, with a soft-grip surface, and only takes about an hour to fully charge.
Rapid Decline
I purchased this power bank 1 year ago. In that time, the usb-c cord stopped holding a continuous connection with the item being charged - causing it to disconnect and reconnect continuously. The length of time it held it's charge also drastically decreased in that time from well over a week to a day or two. I was using it on about a monthly, to every two-week basis. I absolutely loved this product at first, so the quick drastic decline was extremely disappointing to me. I have returned the item to Harman Audio (the registration company) and they are sending me headphones in exchange because they no longer carry this.

Great (& Fast) On The Go USB-C Charging Station
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact and powerful!! The Instant Go provides a quick option for recharging your USB-C devices without an available power outlet! The 5000 holds enough juice to charge my Android based phone TWICE! The sleek and compact black case fits neatly in any shirt pocket or pants pocket without being cumbersome! The USB-C cord that is attached to unit has a convenient mounting 'channel' along side of unit so you never lose your cord! I have tried other portable power stations but this one has been the best at quickly receiving a charge and delivering the charge to my phone as well. My only regret is that I did not get the larger 10000 unit for even more storage capacity..
Handy recharge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not bad, it takes a charge fairly quickly, about 2 hours from totally dead to totally full, in my testing. Then charges my 4500mah phone from totally dead in about that same time, but then is itself pretty much totally dead after that. It's also about the same size as my phone. Seems like it should be fairly durable, but I haven't really knocked it around any. So, I guess the question is, how badly do you need portable power? It would be handy to have on camping trips, etc..to give an extra day of power, depending on your use, of course. Might be a little pricey for the capacity is my only real complaint.
