[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it took about an hour to hour and a half to charge. Unfortunately no charging cable comes with the package. Once the InstantGo 10000 was charged, it didnt take long to charge one device. About 15 minutes to charge one device with the attached USB A cable. I also tried it on an android phone, with a different USB B to USB C, when the power supply is fully charged. Same results. One of the nice features on this device is that you are able to charge two devices at once in a very reasonable amount of time. I was even able to charge a Chromebook and a tablet from the Infinity Labs InstantGo 10000. One at a time of course. Previous experience with Infinity Labs has given me positive results, this item is no different.

I took charger hiking when phone needed recharging the InstantGo 10000 Built-in Lightning Cable was just the ticket. Phone charged fast and was ready to take more pictures. What I like most about the InstantGo 10000 Built-in Lightning Cable is it has built in lightning cable built in. Cable stores in a slit in side of charger. Easy to carry and fits in your pocket or backpack. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a large power storage device that is small and compact.
Reshape cable head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product charge my phone ver fast even while playing videos Size is compact and very convenient built in lightning cable,indicators are plus letting you know how much more charge has and if you like you can use the same lighting cable to charge it the only issue with this is if you have life proof case like I have you can’t charge you phone because build in cable are one side square and doesn’t fit !!! If they can reshape for all around oval would be perfect
Portable Charger
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros-1) 10, 000mh battery can charge your phone around 2X's. 2)Portable charger uses lighting port to charge it. 3) Has built it lighting cable. 4) slim, sleek design. Has a soft feel to it. Looks great. 5) LED indicates battery level 6) has regular USB to charge any other phone...I've even charged my laptop and worked! Cons- 1) takes a while to charge this portable charger...that's it. I've had this for about a week now and has come in handy when ever I go out. I've had a few times when I can't find a plug to charge and this portable charger saves the day. It does take a while to charge such a big battery, but will last a good while charged for when you really need it.
Super quick charge!

It has the built in Lightning cable for iphone users, but also has a USB port if you want to charge anything else. And it charges super quick. I haven't timed it out, but it's way faster than the wall plug-in you'd normally use. And the lightning cable hides inside the charger, so it's basically the size of a phone, and doesn't have anything sticking out, making it easy to carry/pack. It does take a while to charger the unit itself, which makes sense since you can probably charge your phone 3-4 times on it. My daughter takes it to school because she's on her phone all the time, and even shares with friends during the day charging their devices too.
Perfect Mother Nature companion

It’s also been a nice side kick in storms when we’ve lost electricity! It doesn’t take long for the battery to charge and gives a nice little boost to our mobile phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The InstantGo 10000 charged is fabulous! It can charge my phone twice. Each time it took a little more than an hour for a full charge. When you are constantly on the phone and don't have an outlet, this device is perfect. It will also charge multiple devices at once which is a great feature! We just had a hurricane here and the InstantGo was really a life saver. It allowed me to continue working without electricity! I give it my highest recommendation.
Thoughtfully designed JBL product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another quality product from JBL. I love the attention to detail from product packaging- straight through to the product itself. Sustainable packaging, put together very neatly, easy to open- no frustration required. I’m typically not a huge fan of neonish colors but the color scheme goes well together and the subtle touches on the outer case are interesting and make a simple product a bit more lively. From a performance perspective it does what you would think it does - takes a charge and then dishes it out to your device (in this case my iPhone). I haven’t had it out and about to test it’s durability but based on feel I feel confident it can take some day to day oopsies and still perform it’s primary functions.
Charging indicator never when above 2 bars
I have purchased and returned two of these units because of the charge level indicator would never go above 2 (of 4) bars. Working with InfinityLab support was a slow and frustrating experience. In the end, I just gave up a purchased a similar charing pack made by BioLite.
iPhone users! This is the best battery out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery is awesome. The “hidden” iPhone charger makes this a nice sleek device to put in your pocket for when you are on the go. This also gives you the ability to not have to carry around an iPhone charger and have the possibility of losing it. I’ve had this device for a little while and it seems very durable. The colors are cool, the texture is cool, the lights showing the battery life is cool. This battery also charges with an iPhone charger. When you go to bed at night, you can plug in the battery to charge, and plug your phone into the battery. When you wake up, you can unplug the battery and go, both will be fully charged. I would highly recommend this device to any iPhone user.
