Valuable and Versatile Tool
The Reflex Fixed Torque Ratchet Kit is as advertised, a compact multifunctional tool well suited to those who prefer adjusting and repairing their bikes in advance or during a ride. It is well designed, constructed, compact, and very versatile. The bit set included with the kit are ones needed for making most adjustments on a bike. A particularly valuable component is the torque extension socket. The 5Nm torque setting is within .1 Nm of the recommended torque setting for most screws on my bikes. Thus, it allows me to make most bike adjustments without resorting to a dedicated torque wrench. In sum, the ratchet kit is a useful toolset for making a broad array of bike adjustments whether at home or on the road. I recommend this tool kit.
Must have!

Great little multi tool in a convenient carry case
This is a great little took kit for most of the issues you may run into while out on the road/trail. The included case is compact and easily pocket-able if you don't want to store it in, or don't ride with a saddle or hydration pack to store it in. It also has a little bit of additional room for other small tools like additional torque barrels, maybe a tubeless plug, or other items. The length of the ratchet lever makes it easy to apply sufficient torque to hit the preset 5nm, unlike some other pre-set levers (the ones with the black plastic handle). It is also sufficient to get good torque on bolts that require more than 5nm, such as saddle rail clamps. The ratchet mechanism and torque barrel feel like they are good quality, which would be similar to my experience with other Feedback Sports products. If I had to come up with negatives, the only thing I can really think of is that I'd like a little longer extension bit. In testing it at various bolts around my bike, I did run into a few that were hard to reach with just the single extension and the torque barrel. It would also be nice if they had other options for torque barrels at different presets. Other brands have 4nm and 6nm, personally, I'd like to see something a little lower and a little higher, perhaps 3nm and 7 or 8. Unfortunately, the only preset barrels Feedback sells is 5nm according to their website. These are minor and the lack of other barrel options did not affect my impression of this product. The only outstanding question I have is going to be the finish on the bits and the handle. I've had tools from other manufacturers where the finish has come off and the tool has rusted; I don't know that this will be an issue, but it's something I will watch for.
Capable Tool in Garage and on Trail
This is a very nice tool for routine maintenance. It also works great for trailside maintenance. When I first saw the tool, I thought that it looked unnecessarily complicated. However, the versatility of the tool surprised me. Since I can change the size of the tool in many different ways, it allows me to work on hard to reach areas of the bike. The torque wrench part is an added bonus for handlebars or seat post maintenance. My only gripe with the tool is that there are many pieces that I will likely lose.
Cute, handy tool for rides
The FeedBack Sports Reflex Fixed Torque Ratchet Kit is an interesting concept. The are three main pieces that can be connected together to make a T handle, an L handle or a long straight handle, all the connections are the same size as the ratchet inserts . The Torque Ratchet setting cannot exceed 5 nm. Handy so over torquing of carbon bars doen't happen for instance. My Garmin Edge loosens during rough trail sections, the ratchet kit quickly tightened the adjustsble head for my GPS holder. There are 10 inserts for the Ratchet, 6 allen heads, 3 star wrenches, and a straight blade screw driver head. The ratchet seems to hold the inserts magnetically, no chance of the inserts dropping out. The small inserts were difficult to remove because of the magnetic grab. The kit is small enough to fit in my seat bag, easy to toss in a pack. You have to rearrange the bits to zip the kit shut.
Well built wrench set for on the road repairs
I utilized the compact wrench and torque set while changing my bike over to different wheels, long cage derailleur, chain and cassette. The wrench felt good in my hand, not too small that would have limited its ability to apply proper torque. The knurled areas on the wrench and extension gave great grip surface and made the initial tightening a quick way to get bolts started. Two areas of note, one is that the bits have to be pushed all the way in the bit holder or they will fall out. Two, the case that the wrench, extension, torque, and bits comes in is twice as large as it needs to be, but isn’t large enough to replace the bag normally carried in a jersey pocket. I can see this set as being a great addition for a gravel bike, bike-packing or e-bike rider to carry
Nice little kit
Very nice little kit (and it is small). I love the magnetic inserts that really do hang on to the tips. Far better than most. I also likevthe quality of the kit. I dont think the chrome is going to flake off unlike cheap tools. I do have two slight kicks. I'd like to see a #1 and #2 Phillips head tip in the lineup and since I want to carry only one little tool kit when i ride one small tire spoon would be nice. Neither one of these is a show stopper.
