Great bottle, but the lid doesn’t hold up.

Bought one of these in black in August. I really like how well it insulates and keeps my water cold. It even keeps ice from melting in the New Orleans heat! Sadly, the Fast Flow lid is junk!! The glue released under the seal and is now of no use. I reached out to file a warranty claim and was told that LIDS ARE NOT COVERED! The most important part of the bottle - the part where the liquid flows out - is not covered? What good is an insulated bottle if what’s inside leaks out? I assume the heat eventually won and the lid broke. Maybe simple is better.

Love the bottle. Hate the lid.

Why, Stanley? Why?!?! These are such great friggin bottles, super light, great insulation, cupholder friendly, solid size options, so why, Stanley, did you have to cheap out on the caps??? I have 3 ice flow bottles, all purchased at the same time, and without fail, within about 2-3 months, the original caps failed, completely separating inside. I first attempted to gorilla glue them, but this fix only lasted another month or so before requiring further repair, so then I bought replacement lids (which Stanley doesn't sell, btw, further implicating their planned obsolescence), which also within a short timeframe bit the dust. So frustrating!!! What's the point of a reusable bottle that you can't use??? Seriously, Stanley, y'all need to find a workaround so that ice flow bottle users like myself don't have to trash these. Can you at least give us an alternate lid? I'm so disappointed.

Great while it lasts.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my partner in 2024. She has been using it daily ever since and has been very happy with it. On Christmas day 2025, the screw component of the cap separated from the cap itself. She has never dropped it or been rough with it. The adhesive just seemed to randomly let go. It appears that this is not covered under warranty as it is not a stainless steel component. Extremely disappointing that after only one year of using the product as intended it would abruptly fail.

Perfect for nurses!!!

Perfect for nurses who need covered drinkware at the desk. Same Stanley pros of keeping drinks ice cold but more convenient than cup and straw. Also great for hiking adventure.

Satisfactory

I bought this last year, and until recently, the internal cap came out. Did they just glued it in?

Hi Zee, thank you for sharing your feedback with us - we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. We're sorry to hear that the internal cap came loose. That’s definitely not the kind of durability we aim to provide, and we understand how disheartening that must be after just a year of use. I've sent you an email to address you're concerns and would love to hear back from you.

Great Chilling Bottle but MOLD appears ☹️

I have multiple ice flow bottles I love them. They keep things cold for a couple days after the initial first add of ice. However, a major drawback is MOLD around the inside lid threads and also the inside of cap. I’m continually having to wipe this area out, which is a problem to me again I absolutely love these bottles, but the mold issue is a big problem for me. I will recommend as I think these bottles have great potential, but I would also warn of the mold issue.

Watherbottle holding plays.

Because the metal part on the holding plays it feels a little weird mostly when you touch with your nails. - I'm Nehir 10 years old 5th grade.

The cap break easily, not warrantied

In the first couple of weeks I had this bottle, the cap broke in two while screwing it in, making it completely nonfunctional. Stanley first said this was "cosmetic damage," then claimed it was a "natural disaster" and therefore not covered. Give you money to a more upstanding company.

I would give it a zero if that was an option

If you are planning on purchasing this item consider looking at other waterbottle brands. I have had nothing but issues with stanley the quality of this waterbottle is horrific I bought it 5 ish months ago and the lid broke while I was opening it it didn't fall it nothing hit it I was simply opening the lid and it popped and broke I have had Nalgene and yetis last me years however stanley doesn't doeant hold a candle to them. not to mention my last stanleys handle popped off and I tried fixing it with JB weld and it still broke off. I bought this warerbottle to give stanley a 2nd chance however I am highly disappointed.

The Bottle That Made Me Drink More Water

This Bottle is actually so good. I’ve been using it daily. It keeps water cold for hours, and I love that I can throw in ice and it stays solid for so long. Hydration just feels easier with this. Also… the design? minimal. It’s giving clean girl energy but practical. If you’re trying to drink more water, this will genuinely help.
