- Includes adjustable dual tension settings for a secure foot hold
- Pedals are mud resistant and easy to engage and disengage
- Feature 2 pins on each side of the pedal for extra grip
- CNC-machined chromoly spindle is solid and reliable
- Sealed bearing outer system and IGUS bushings inner system keep things running smoothly, while also keeping dirt and debris out

Great pedal

I race BMX and am a newbie to clipless pedals. I purchased these as a recommendation from a fellow BMX racer. I like the ability to adjust the tension and as of right now, I have it on the least amount as I get used to clipping in and out. My shoes feel secure when clipped and easy to unclip. Several cleats are included and I went with the easiest disengagement.
