BioLite Charge
I bought this for mountaineering and used it for Mt. Baker! It was easy to charge and lightweight. It helped having it so that I could charge my phone during my extended time on the mountain.

I bought brand new at REI. It does not hold energy and only raised my phone by 2% in 30 minutes. Returned

Recommended!

I‘ve got the 20 and the 80 version. Loading my iPhone13 with 1,4A by USB and 1.8A by USB C. Capacity like in the manufactors description. Charge 20 for 1 to 1.5 times and Charge 80 for several loadings. Design and quality of the battery is quite well. The Charge 20 is a lightweight for the pocket, Charge 80 more heavier powercharge for seversl days. Best battery I own an absolutely recommended if you need powersupply!

Perfect size for dayhikes

A great size for taking on hikes and topping the phone. Rounded corners are helpful in keeping it from jabbing into my waist when stored in waist belt like some chargers. The charge indicator light and button interface is simple and effective.

Iphone-Yes! Apple Watch -No!

I have had the BioLite Charge 20D for 2 days and have been testing it for an upcoming trip. It charges my iphone 16e pretty quickly; started at 62% and within a few hours was up to 100%. However, it does not charge my apple watch! I have tried twice- once with the phone and once without. No difference. I will most likely ended up upgrading or returning as I will need to charge both.

Almost Perfect

Have had several of the older BioLite battery packs and love them ! Was excited for these new ones which supported USC C charging (because almost everyone these days has the new Apple lightening cable), as well as supporting the charging of multiple devices. Unfortunately, in order to re-charge the battery pack you need the specific USB A to USC C cable included with the battery pack. Most other battery packs (such as the older BioLite ones), as well as battery lanterns use a micro charger. Almost everyone in the world has a micro charger for charging various battery items. This battery pack will require you to carry around another cable or add another cable to your home charging station just to charge this device. Unfortunately, I didn't read closely enough that the charging INPUT was USB-C. Knocking off one star. If the input for re-charging the battery pack would have been a micro charger, it would have been perfect.

A quick recharge when/where you need it

It's nice and small, but gives me a charge when I need it. The 20 doesn't hold a huge charge, but it's really handy. I bought it and will use it for hiking/camping, but right now I have it in the magazine rack next to my couch. So when my phone runs low some evenings, I can lean over, grab this little battery and charge up with it in my lap, almost unnoticed.
