Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Great Jacket with Good Features
Love this well made jacket for various reasons. Nice features like inside pockets, love the way the hood zips up around your face, zipper is easy to zip up with gloves on and the material on the outside is smooth. Easy to put on over long sleeves, unlike other brands that run tight in the arms. I like this jacket so much, I returned the higher price North Face one and bought TWO of these in different colors. Plan to take one along on my Croatia Sailboat Cruise. Runs thru to size. I bought an XXL so I could have a bit more room to layer underneath. So I would say try on and see which size fits you best. I wear either an XL or XXL. Depends on the cut.
Perfect winter hiking outer layer (not wind proof)
Perfect colder weather outer winter hiking layer. Soft, stretchy and great outer sleeping layer. I have a feeling this one will be around awhile.
Great jacket, inconsistent sizing
Love this warm lightweight jacket so much that after wearing it constantly for the past year I finally ordered it in another color. Sadly I will need to return because it is too small - shorter and narrower torso and shorter arms. I don’t know if it’s a change from last year or inconsistent across colors but too bad either way.
Light but warm
I bought this jacket for my upcoming Peru trip, but I’ve been wearing it almost every day! It’s perfect for these 50 degree days. It’s very very light weight but warm. Very happy with it.
This should be described as light-weight!
The small fit me fairly nicely (5 ft 1", 110 lbs), but the material is super thin. I don't know how it could be described as "medium-weight". I'm returning it, as I was looking for something that would be a little warmer.
Great jacket, good long sleeves
Great jacket, matching the online description pretty well. I’m 5’3”, 112 lbs, and I always order Small. This jacket is long in the body and has good long sleeves — important for me because I have long arms. If you want a short jacket, this probably isn’t right for you, but it’s nice and light, not bulky. Good stretch, nice hood.
Fabulous fleece hoodie
Wanted to buy a fleece hoodie to wear over a base layer. This hoodie looks thin, but provided adequate warmthon a 40 degree spring hike. also it is very soft.
Nice but not as good as the Hyperaxis
Purchased the Flash Hyperstretch Fleece Jacket to replace a worn REI Hyperaxis Fleece Jacket. It is very similar, however it feels like a thinner fleece, there is a drawn-string around the bottom of the jacket rather than a finished edge, and no zipped breast pocket to stash small stuff. It looks like the Hyperaxis is discontinued. Bummer.
Great for travel
It's true to size, very comfortable. I used it during my short trip to CA and it kept me comfortable during the flights and on chilly mornings. It's very lightweight and doesn't take much space in your backpack.
Love the two-tone green. Very thin layer.
This is a very thin "fleece," and not what I was expecting. It's basically a jersey that you can zip up like a jacket. It will be great for athletes, not so much for folks like me who are just cold inside the house. It should layer nicely. I wish it had a two-way zip, which is how I like all of my clothes with zippers, but I knew it didn't when I ordered it. Glad I got it during a sale. Love the two-tone green color.
