Smartwool  Ski Targeted Cushion Over The Calf Socks - Women's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my first pair of ski socks. I've skied for a while before but have just been wearing wool socks and these have helped my shins immensely. They're no longer sore and worth the price. they're not too tight on me either but look so tiny out of the package! I wear a womens size 5-6 and purchased a small. Will be wearing them down every run from now on! #sweepstakes

I bought these for my mom. She absolutely loves the ski socks and the fact they go up over the calves. This is her winter go to sock no matter where she is, if inside or out at a bonfire or walking around her feet stay toasty. She is glad they come in darker colors to wear around the house like slippers. Glad to be able to find them again to buy.

Perfect amount of padding for skiing, I didn't experience any numbness from my feet being stuffed into my ski boot and my feet were dry at the end of the day. Only issue with smartwool socks is how much pilling happens all over the heel and the top of the foot. They look bad quickly but are still functional and last a long time.

I learned to ski last year in Smartwool ski socks. I like the simpler pattern of this sock as well as the color choices. The amount of cushion is perfect for helping to eliminate some of the shin bang from ski boots. #SmartwoolLove

Perfect option for the not so cold days. . . lighter and tad thiner then the full cushion, but super comfy and warm. Love these socks and because they are wool, I can get a couple wears out of them prior to (wool) washing.

I tend to have cold feet. I wondered why my feet stayed chilly with these socks. I thought these socks were almost or completely Wool. They have a large % of nylon. They keep my feet warm when worn with leather boots.

These socks are great! I love them for winter running paired with capris. They stay put during runs and don't slide down. They're also nice to wear to work and keep my lower legs warm all day. #SmartWoolLove

The socks are well made, warm, and attractive to look at, but there is way too much compression. I really wish Smartwool had some knee high/over the calf socks with no compression, or just very little.

Bought these for use with new ski boots that required thinner socks. While these socks are comfortable, I have found my toes are cold. . . . hoping they work better for spring skiing.
