Gorgeous but difficult sizing for wide hips
These are super gorgeous, beautiful color, and the material and construction feels really high quality. For me, the sizing did not work. I am pear shaped and ~41-42 inches at the hip. I got the large based on the size chart and wanting to make sure I could move and layer beneath. I was just swimming in these - so much extra fabric. The legs have some flare to go over boots, and they were comically wide. Such a bummer, hopefully they work for other people.

fit great! BUT the pants are army green, not the brownish color they appear

Great fit, well made, loved the color! The deal breaker for me and my arthritic hands was the functionality of the buckles at the shoulder straps, so they went back.
