I bought a pair of the Evo XT 55 skis with bindings last winter. I wanted a ski to use when skiing with my dogs on ungroomed and groomed trails around Park City, UT. The Non-Nordic center trails get groomed once a week so I needed a ski that worked in all conditions. The Evo XT 55 performed above my expectations. I found the ski to have amazing glide and great grip skiing up hill.
The skis are good. I took a few runs on them. The bindings come separate from the skis. They come in a box and you have to mount them. The instruction slip has a web page that is not found. The Rossignol official video on youtube is awful in explanation and for a different model. Thanks to REI, I brought the skis to them, and they installed the binging after my unsuccessful attempt.
The skiis work as well as expected. I’m happy with them.
