What's not to like?
I now have two Ultra Storm hats, one just for working and the second saved for backpacking. Pros: Being lightweight, sun protective and waterproof, it saves weight and space in my pack by not bringing two hats. It folds up to fit in my pocket. It stays on in the wind. It adjusts enough to fit over a beanie. Cons: The sizing runs large. I bought the second hat because the first was too big (but I wore it anyway).
