Favorite Pair of Running Socks
Smartwool has long been a favorite sock brand of mine. Their socks are durable (lasting years of frequent use), feel great (high quality material), and keep my feet comfortable. These running socks are no exception. The style is such that these socks do not fall down during runs and I can even wear them with high top converse without any slippage. Further, the fit and level of padding is perfect, providing a nice cushion for daily wear without and without shoes. Lastly, I love that my feet tend to sweat less in these socks - to the point that I can wear them multiple times before needing to wash them. Great socks and highly recommend!
Great socks great price!
Best summer socks ever. They have the perfect support for workout/ankle. They provide enough comfort while keeping my feet dry and supported. They go great with my workout shoes or with my lo-too Merrill’s. I like them so much I bought a pair for everyday. The thing is I’m just a regular dude. I’m not a “fitness” nut or even what I would consider an “outdoorsy” person. I just know when I find a quality product I like, I like to let people know. These are hands down the best summer/daily/hike/workout socks I have found.
An isolated defect?
Beautiful socks, but the toe seams ruptured as soon as I put them on. Rats!
Cool and Comfortable
Bought these after wearing holes in some of my less expensive casual socks that I was running in. I figured I would try a nice pair of socks but wanted something still cool for the hot weather down in south Texas. These fit the bill and have perfectly assisted with runs, walks, and even racket sports.

Best quality, most comfortable and best looking socks I own. They pull on easy, always soft, moisture wicking and never any odor. They are quite simply the best on the market.
Great! Simply Put
It is all I wear. When cold, they feel warm, when warm, the feel lighter and cool, sweat seems to be wicked away. . . without question, the best material for socks, and SmartWool makes really nice socks.
not footshape
these are totally against the brand ethos, just reg socks. what's the point of footshape healthy shoes when you have constricting socks. bring back the og altra footshape socks please.

The Run Low Ankle Socks felt good on my feet and the fit-size is spot on, however I feel the fabric to be too thin and the quality does not match the price paid.
