Comfortable and high quality

Feels high quality, plenty of storage space for essentials, and water for a full 9-4 ski day. It was comfortable and felt very stable and nonintrusive even on jumps and tight tree skiing. For how much it holds, it also doesn’t affect chairlift comfort too much (it is a backpack tho so still a little awkward). One complaint is that in 15° temps the nozzle froze. The hose remained unfrozen as advertised, and the nozzle was easy to remove and manually clear, but still would be nice if the nozzle was also insulated somewhat.

Great Resort Ski Pack

Purchased for resort skiing and it's absolutely perfect. Fits an extra mid layer, snacks, and snow slippers to change out of boots. 12L is the perfect size to fit what you may need for the day but not big enough to feel like your carrying around a backpack all day. When riding the lift it's doesn't feel like I am being pushed off when I had a 20L pack.

Perfect Bag for Resort Skiing

After 10 good years of use it was time to replace my CamelBak Mule. I spent time researching the many ski bag options and finally decided to purchase the Osprey Glade 12. I was looking for a smallish pack that can hold a bladder, snacks and some extra gear (hat, gloves, sun glasses, sun screen, etc). And since the bladder is included, the Osprey was the best value. I also wanted an insulated hose for cold days to prevent freezing. I just skied for 6 days and this pack was perfect- just the right size. I did notice that I needed to keep the cap on the mouthpiece to prevent ice buildup. The only mild annoyance is that the waist strap gets in the way of the zippers of my jacket side pockets. The bag is well designed so I never felt like it was going to get caught on the lift. The bag looks pro- I had someone stop me to ask if I was ski patrol :) Beware: when you have this bad and ski with friends they will probably ask you to carry items for them!

Good pack, 1 shortcoming

It doesn't have any strap keepers to tame the spare waist and shoulder strap material, so you have to buy your own or leave straps dangling. Not sure why they couldn't include them, as my other Osprey packs all have these.

Love the pack, except the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pack, except the stock hose on reservoir is a bit too short. I was also surprised to find out it did not have a magnetic attachment on hose or at sternum strap.
