super cute but bad fit
They ride up while walking and are really tight on the butt I don’t feel like they’re true to size I’m usually an 8 so I got a medium but they’re somewhat uncomfortable. I’m gonna test them out for a little hike but I got them for backpacking in summer and I don’t know if I could stay in them all day. I saw someone else write they might fit better if you have a flat butt and I totally agree haha
Love these shorts
I am older, so these shorts will probably remain working in my yard (out of the public eye), but I love them. Great pockets that keep my phone safe. Lightweight. Durable. Comfy.
Too tight, too loose.
I agree with other critics that these Patagonia baggies shorts are a new, strange cut. I normally take size small in Patagonia 5" baggies, and have five pairs of these already. But when I bought these baggies (directly from Patagonia) i found that the waist was low and tight, and the rest of the too-short baggie stretched too much. I'm returning them - and just hope this flawed design was a fluke. We need our old baggies back!
