Why, Patagonia, why?
This used to be our family's go-to jacket for everything. We have them, kids have them, and they have always been great! We ordered one for our son in medium after ordering XS and S in the past, and Patagonia has gotten rid of the adjustable elastic draw string around the waist! Unless your child is very husky, the bottom of the jacket is going to be very big on him or her with no way to adjust it - bummer!
Fits girls, too
I got this for my daughter because it was the only color available in her size. She likes it. It keeps her warm.
So comfy and warm!
Me and my family love this jacket! It is warm and comfortable to wear all around. Well done Patagonia
Great lightweight jacket for kids
I bought this jacket for my son. It fits him a little big, but that was intentional. I wanted him to grow into it. Kids outgrow clothes so fast that I wanted this jacket to last at least 2 years. This jacket is fantastic because my son can toss it on quickly without the bulky ness. Wrap it around his waist or toss in a backpack. I can even wrap it around my arm, if I needed to.
Makes cold weather more compfy!
My grandson loved his jacket! He didn’t want to take it off!
Warmth that packs small
Even on cold mornings my kid reaches for this jacket because she says it feels warmer than her other heavier winter jackets. On rainy days, it’s thin enough to wear under her rain coat. Versatile jacket!
A1
Quality wise A1.. it really stands up to it’s standards
Thin, Warm, Super Comfortable
My 12 year old loves this coat! He won't wear bulky things. This is warm enough but thin enough for him. He really likes the orange/rust color.
Warm Jacket, Weird Seams
I bought this in XS for my 5 yr old son(he is on the small side for his age) He really likes the jacket, it seems to keep him very comfy. I would have given this a 5 star but since this is listed as reversible I have an issue with the seams that bulge out on the reverse side, but that is a minor issue. It doesn’t impact the performance.
Worth it
This is my child’s go to jacket. She loves how light it is and how it keeps her warm in any type of weather. This is the third nano puff we have purchased for her. I suspect we will see the same results as the other two which have been passed down to both of her brothers.
