Pros: Comfortable, warm, light, waterproof. Plenty of pockets. Big, sturdy zipper. Snow skirt and thumb holes form a good seal against the chill. Cons: Smells to high heaven after maybe five days of skiing. Lining doesn't zip out of shell, so you need a technical wash, and I'm worried washing often will impact performance and lifetime. I used to just wear fleece under a shell and didn't have this problem; this jacket is nicer but I may return to the old method or look for a ski jacket with a removable lining.
