Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE: If your body measurements are midway between two sizes, select the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your body measurements result in different sizes, we recommend using your chest measurement for tops and your hip measurement for pants.

Wear it as my base-layer when temperatures are in the 30s or low 40s, under a zipped felt sweater. As the day warms up and I go up hills, I might leave the sweater completely unzipped -- the thermal top will do the job on its own.
This is my first merino wool shirt. It’s very comfortable and pleasant to skin, no itching. Way better to any base layer I have so far. However you need to be careful washing it.
