Had a great time testing out this harness at the climbing gym. Pro: pretty lightweight, leg straps fit fairly well off the bat. Fit both my larger thighs and my other friends slim thighs fine. Fairly easy to unclip quickdraws. Cons: the waist strap feels a bit narrow, especially the strap to tighten the waist. But I’m more accustomed to mountaineering harnesses. The bungee cord like leg straps took a while to get used to. Some concern they’ll just snap like rubber bands. Depending on where the leg loops fall, they can cause some discomfort when being lowered.
Overall: Really liked fit; would recommend and that that color <3 Pros: Color, Fit, plastic loops Cons: Can't adjust the leg loops I mainly sport climb in the gym and am 5'4", 165lb. I am a looser size Medium or a tighter size Large. Body shape - rectangle (sadly no curves) with average sized "athletic" thighs. The harness I got is a size Large and fits like a tighter size Large in waist. Because of the elastic in the leg loops, no fit comments - conformed to leg size. I have a bad back (aging gracefully) and sometimes struggle with pressure points in a harness, either in the inner legs or hips/back. The waist belt fit my body like a glove - band wide enough to equally disperse weight while taking or supporting after a whipper (6 out of 5). Leg loops conformed to my body but might not be for everyone (4 out of 5) - I would pefer to be able to adjust the diameter of the leg loops.
Pros: This harness was great at the gym and cragging. Very lightweight, low profile, sleek, comfy and feels like nothing. Sizing was accurate. I got a size small based on my measurements. Cons: terrible for multipitch/trad climbing. I was doing a class 3 descent after a multipitch and the ties connecting the waist and leg loops unraveled. I was safe and wasn’t tied in to a rope, but it was scary knowing that it could’ve happened if I was climbing an off width or chimney. Also, it’s not the most comfortable on a hanging belay. I returned it after this happened and bought a more robust harness. Additionally, I had some ordering issues where I was sent the wrong size.
