No, I do not recommend this product
I bought this because wife’s bike had more knee over peddle forward than she needed and this post is not really a 35mm set back ,pics posted is her old 15mm cannondale post compared to this post and you can see because it’s clamp design it actually makes the seat more to forward adjustment not rear
