What a great combo stroller.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice wagon stroller combo. It's easy to put together with the included instructions. You can also scan the QR code on the box to get video instructions if you'd prefer. Switching it between the stroller to wagon or vice versa its really easy and smooth. It took me doing it a few times to get the hang of it and don't without thinking. The wheels are nice and big and strong so going on hikes was a breeze even when bumpy. There's a sun canopy in both modes and it has air ventilation area too. Theres also storage at the bottom area in both modes. There's a organizer hanging by the push bar also in both modes, and a cup holder right next to it that can go on either side. There's also a built in snack holder that I absolutely love it can face in or out. There's also a rain cover that is so awesome to have in case you get caught in the rain, it fits over both modes. There's adjustable harness straps that are easy to adjust. The seat goes up and reclines for different sitting positions and is great for a quick nap. When in a wagon mode it comes with an extra seat so two kids can ride. There's also a divider in wagon mode so items to stay on one side. This thing rides smooth and it's the perfect height for me and my wife to walk comfortably. The handle bar that we hold to push is soft and easy to grip. There's plenty of storage for my whole family to put there belongings. I love the stroller for quick trips to malls and etc and wagon for long trips and events. Perfect combo and it's not to big. When folded its small and fits in my Jeep Patriot Altitude. Easy to stow away when not in use. It's stylish too I always get compliments on it in public!
5 stars for the concept
I give the Larktale Crossover 5 stars for the concept, but it needs some improvements. There are several steps when converting from stroller to wagon mode that are completely skipped over in the videos and that are not explained at all in the manual. Specifically, how to rethread the harness and crotch buckle! You have to just feel around the back of the stroller and claw at the fabric to get it in and out. You have to rethread the whole thing every time when converting back and forth, and the zipper for opening the canopy for attaching the back of seat 1 in wagon mode is SO confusing, there are multiple zippers in the same area and there is no difference in their appearance so grabbing the correct one every time is not easy. My suggestion is to make the seats with no-rethread straps, and make the zipper that you have to unzip to attach the back a different color or a larger no-miss size. Also please make the zippers for changing from stroller to wagon bigger too, like jumbo size. They’re so small and hard to see that it almost completely excludes grandparents or caregivers with limited dexterity from being able to use the feature. Next, please find a way for brakes to be accessible from the front. To lock this in wagon mode, you have to walk around to the back. It would also be cool if the back wheels could go into a swivel mode too, so that it could be pushed and steered from the wagon handle side! My only complaint with the stroller mode is that the seat is very reclined even when pushed all the way up. My son gets cranky fast because he wants to be more upright. That could just be us. I do love that the seat back for Seat 2 is nice and high, my tall almost 4 year old is comfortable and still has room to grow. Lastly, the accessories are flimsy and don’t stay on. The cup holder goes flying off when you fold it, and my 1 year old can pull the snack tray off and dump it all over himself like it’s nothing. Those have been tossed in my trunk where they will probably live for the rest of time. The parent console is nice, the second seat and handle fit inside the basket with room for a diaper bag! So you could do a quick change on the go. This fits easily in the trunk of my Rav 4, and in times when I have been in a super hurry, I have been able to leave it in full wagon mode by just take off the wagon handle and folding down the second seat so that I could still see out of my rear view. My kids are ages 3.5 and 1!

The coolest stroller AND wagon!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two kiddos who both love to go on walks but eventually want to ride and this is the perfect solution. The instructions are a bit vague but once you do the transition once, it’s super easy to do after that. In the first step of the instructions they left out to install the foot brake (image shows it already on there) so make sure to do that first. Also, when you’re switching from stroller to wagon, you’re removing the straps from the back of the stroller, not from the seat padding. This was super confusing and the online video skips over that part so make sure that when it says to move the straps, you’re moving them from the bottom of the stroller/wagon. Beyond that, it’s super easy to switch back and forth. Plus, it includes a bunch of awesome accessories like the bag to put stuff in and the rain cover. Also, I compared it to my other stroller and the bottom compartment is way bigger which is nice because I tuck the 2nd seat in there when we’re not using it. And, my husband says the best part is that the stroller is tall. He’s 6’ 2” and has to almost bend over for our other strollers but this one is much taller so he doesn’t need to. My son is also higher off the ground which makes it easier to hand him things and get him in and out. Overall, other than the beginning setup issues, this stroller is amazing.
Fun to use, tricky to set up and switch modes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this has been a fun addition to our family’s outdoor adventures, but there is a learning curve. This stroller does have many helpful features, Including a drink tray, sun shade, rain cover, and lots of pockets and organizers. We love taking it to the park or just for a stroll around the neighborhood, and we have really enjoyed it so far. Even after reading the manual it was very confusing to try to switch modes when we first got it. I am pretty good at it now, but sometimes it does still take me an extra try or two before getting it right. There are two different axis that the stroller/wagon is built around, and it takes some practice to figure which part of the stroller/wagon to adjust when setting it up, switching modes, or folding up. I often end up accidentally going back and forth between stroller mode and wagon mode when trying to collapse it. Overall it is lightweight and folds down to a relatively small size. When switching between stroller mode and wagon mode, there are quite a few adjustments to make to get the seats set up. Even when you are going straight to wagon mode after having it folded up, you will need to add the handle each time, and add the extra seat base if you plan to use it. The mechanism for attaching and removing the wagon handle is somewhat difficult to press, and I sometime struggle for a moment or two to press down hard enough to get it in or out. There’s not good leverage for this, so you just have to keep trying until you push or pull with enough force. We have to store our stroller/wagon in the car, so we are more attuned to these aspects, but for someone who is going to store this on a porch or in a garage fully set up, things will be more straightforward. Overall, it’s a good option and I’d be happy to recommend it to others.
Light weight and easy to pull
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very cool stroller, and the fact it turns into a wagon is really great, you can have almost all of both worlds some clips away. Pros: Easy to push as a stroller and to pull (even uphill) as a wagon. Really easy. Easy to move from wagon to stroller, and vice-versa. Big and strong baskets, upper and bottom (with Easy access to both). Lightweight. Cool and stylish look. Cons: Instructions are decent, but it will require some guessing from your part. The snack tray will unclip easily so keep that in mind. The water bottle clip... it doesn't stay, like seriously, it is useless, and also very narrow so our reusable water bottles don't fit anyway. The transition from wagon, to stroller and to fold is easy... as clip goes, but to do it all, you need to press 2 bottoms at the same time in a very awkward way and it just makes no sense... it kind of gets stuck too and you have to shake... I just dislike that, why couldn't just be one??? Why does it get stuck and it is impossible to push? And not only that, but it requires quite some practice to get the right angle to pull and push to and from fold... like, the first 6 times I hated the thing with my whole soul. It's a nice and very comfortable stroller, and if it didn't have the 2 push buttons to move... it would be great! But it does... so, to be honest. I give it 3.5 no 4 stars. I dislike that feature soooo much.
Everything and then some!
When I was shopping for a stroller I wanted it all - luxury leather accents, jogger stroller style suspension, wide weight range for long term use, and foldable. This stroller has it all and then some. I have been so impressed with the crossover so far and am so happy with the purchase! What makes this even better is that it uncludes everything you need and want - the things other stroller brands make you pay extra for like a cup holder, kids handle, and food tray. This is truly an amazing product and I am so pleased with it! It's perfect for our family and the activities we do and I am so glad we will be able to use it for years!
So unique
I am a brand ambassador and received the crossover about a month ago. First time ever to have such a unique stroller / wagon. The transition from stroller to wagon took me some tries to get down and used to. I now can do the switch in less than 2 minutes. In stroller mode i really enjoy the full canopy, has great ventilation w the mesh extension and peek a boo mesh window. The basket is very generous and the push is smooth. In wagon mode i like that the second seat is a bit elevated leaving leg space for the first rider.
So much utility, extremely well built!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a father of 2 this stroller / wagon combo has been a huge life-saver. We have a 2 year old that loves it in "stroller" mode, and our 7 year old gets a big kick out of being able to ride along with the little using "wagon" mode. The process to convert between the two is very smooth and confident clicks into place both directions. Loads of storage space, "parent" pocket by the handle is spacious, and feels very well made. Wheels turn like a dream, and the wheel locks are very secure. To top it all off, the size this folds down to is VERY impressive and manageable. This is the last stroller you'll ever want or need.
Amazing concept
I really like using the Crossover in stroller mode! When I first got it, I really struggled with converting it into a wagon, but once you get the hang of it, it's really not that bad! It just takes a little practice at first! Luckily, Larktale has some great videos on YouTube that will help! I did it wrong the first time, but watched some videos and was able to figure it out pretty quickly. They also have amazing cudtomer service if you need any help or have any questions. The *only* thing I don't love is the wagon can only be pulled with the pull bar. I wish you could still push it when it's in wagon mode! Maybe in a future update?!?!? I like that it's a lot lighter than so many of the other wagons out there. I can fit it standing up in my van with plenty of room for everything else we need to carry. I love that Larktale included a parent console, snack tray, and rain cover with the Crossover instead of making you buy everything separate! I really do like it, I just gave it 4 stars because you can't push the wagon. Otherwise, it would have 5 stars from me!
Crossover Wagon/Stroller- Overall Great!
Crossover Stroller/Wagon Overall Impressive From the time of delivery I was pretty impressed with the Larktale Crossover Stroller Wagon. Initially this stroller drew my attention because having a stroller and wagon in one would save space while traveling and take the guess work out of which to bring. I won’t lie- putting the stroller together was a little bit more difficult than expected. The written instructions were not super clear and I ended up having to watch some YouTube videos on how to put it together. Once the stroller was put together I was impressed with all the features and what it came with. The underwear storage is much bigger than many other strollers we looked at and I love the attachable snack try for little hands. I also love that it comes with a detachable mom pouch too. It seems the attachable water bottle holder falls off easily but not a huge deal. The stroller is fairly light given it can turn into a wagon. It also collapses fairly small. It does fit into our Ford Fusion Trunk. The stroller is easy to push/control. Breaks are easily accessible. It does to some practice to fold and unfold the stroller and to turn it into a wagon and back into a stroller as well. I had to watch a couple YouTube videos on this as well but overall I think once you change it a few times it’s easy to catch on. We love the weight capacity as well. This will likely be the stroller we use until the end without the need to upgrade due to this. Overall, I’m impressed. Would recommend this stroller and cannot wait to continue to use it more and get the full effect of all the features.
