Love!

Absolutely best purchase to go with our e bikes. We’ve put 125 miles on the burley in 2 weeks! It has gone over asphalt, gravel, sand, grass, roots, and mountains with absolutely no issues! The children love it and don’t want to stop riding. It does get warm inside with sun coming in through the windows. Burley should make sunshades that roll down for them. We love the fact we can get into a complete downpour and the inside of the burley is completely dry. When pushed as a stroller it’s honestly one of the easiest strollers I’ve ever pushed. There’s plenty of room in the trunk to carry our little dog as well as all the toys and gear. I’m so happy with this purchase.

It’s great. So much easier

It’s great. So much easier to push through gravel. All the little issues on my 30 year old burley have been resolved. I like the hub break. The sun shade. That I can take it out all weather. Easy to change from jogger to trailer. I do wish the seat reclined as the baby falls asleep in it. So will have to put a pillow next to him and try a neck pillow. Attaching to the hitch is much better than the old attachment. We haven’t tried the little dogs i. With the baby, but I think that will work. We will put a dog bed in the storage area for them. How the screen cover closed with the straps and “D” rings is so much easier than the snaps.

We love our Burly! I

We love our Burly! I was so excited of just the concept of it (stroller AND bike trailer) and it is living up to my hype. At this point we haven’t even hooked it up to a bike and it’s solely been used as a stroller but with how much the kids love it and it’s easy use, I know our first ride will be just as great as our first walk. The safety and quality are in the design and the materials. I can’t stop telling people about it!

Top of the Line

Obsessed would be an understatement!!! This thing is beautiful, roomy, and extremely functional! I love putting my son in this for anything! The ease of use is top of the line and I could not be any happier with my purchase. I can’t wait to have my second baby to utilize both seats in the trailer!!! The trailer to stroller capability is so awesome.

Burley Encore X

Bought this for our 2 y.o. son to enjoy with our new E-bikes. We already had a Schwinn child carrier that we had gotten previously, but the upgrade to the Encore X is exactly what we needed for longer trips. Our son is more comfortable and has more space to enjoy the ride, and we also have the extra storage to help on long trips. Plenty of room for toys, diaper bag, and extra clothing. The suspension makes riding on dirt roads or ATV trails much smoother. I have zero complaints about this product, looking forward to getting the ski kit so we can do some cross country in the winter.

We had a bad crash, and the kids were fine!

I hate that it happened but today we had a wreck so I had to share how impressed I was at how the trailer took the blow and protected my kids. The trailer flipped in the crash, I had 2 kids in the trailer. Long story short, they were both buckled in and neither of them had any harm come to them at all. I was scared getting up and looking back at them, that one or both of them would be hurt, but thank goodness neither of them had a bump or a scratch on them. I was banged up a bit but the kids were fine, even the trailer was relatively unharmed. Very impressed by the durability and safety of this trailer. We loved it before this incident but now we are grateful to burley for making their product safe. Great trailer, can’t speak for it as a jogger but bike trailer, we use it a ton and enjoy it.

We love the ride but the quality is below what I expected

On the whole I have loved having it. However the quality has disappointed and I will be contacting Burley. The scratch guard is hanging off after just 3 weeks of use 98% smooth paved roads. The front wheel has fallen down twice despite never once using it as a stroller. The rain cover won’t stay up and falls down as I travel. On the whole the ride is super smooth and it’s easy to pull and the littles seem happy in it. I will be contacting Burley directly about the issues I’m having.

We can take our kids anywhere!

The Burley Encore X has allowed our family to take adventures without two strollers. We prefer the Burley to a double stroller because it has biking capability, and we have used it with the wheel it comes with for a solid 6 mile run. The Burley is heavy with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old going uphill, but we are all able to adventure together, which is why we invested in this model in the first place. Thank you, Burley!

Great!

Great product! So far so good but not sure we needed to spend the extra $$ for the encore, probably would have been fine with the basic “bee”. ONLY gripe is that during assembly you def need a “man’s strength” to snap the frame in place. I would say I’m very strong but I was not able to do it, In fact my husband had a hard time As well.
