Burley  Bee Bike Trailer - Single

This is AWESOME, my 18 month old absolutely loves it. It's really gotten me out and biking again. I really like how the rain cover folds up and out of the way, but is always attached in case you need it.

Quality and ride is great. Was comparing this with another brand (almost 3x the price) and the Bee checked all our boxes. It's very well made and love all the compartments.

I'm a big fan of Burley trailers. This is the fourth one I've bought, and this one is for my friends and their daughter. So far I've used it to ride her to the playground and also to haul my camping gear on a 4 day camping trip. It was heavier than panniers for the camping gear, but still worked fine. It's perfect for riding around a kid. I love how easily it folds up to put in a car. The hitch is super easy to use, and I bought an extra hitch so that we can switch it between bikes. It looks super cute and it rides so smooth I can barely feel it behind me, except going up hills. It road great on some dirt roads an even a brief bit of single track.

Super easy to assemble and even easier to store. The wheels are simple to take on and off with the push of a button. Collapses easy enough to store. Accommodates two small children. Snug and tight where it matters for a secure connection the bike. My only complaints about it is that the fabric bottom feels very thin and I don’t trust my children stepping onto it. I haven’t exactly tested it to see if it could hide the stress, but I’m not going to either. It would be perfect if o could feel confident it could handle them stepping into it instead of awkwardly trying to place them in it. Just a small point of contention. Over all, very satisfied with a fantastic product that works as expected.

It is truly an investment… It brought me back outdoors. I go on runs and I go on bike rides and it feel so nice to be able to be myself again and bring my toddler to enjoy the things I did waaaaaay before he came into this world. I don’t live in a safe neighborhood so I usually have to drive to a park or trail to use my burley.. I can 100% tell you that everything including my bike and baby fit in my RAV4. It’s so easy to disassemble and pack away. I love this product and would definitely recommend others to buy!

This is an okay trailer. We also have a Thule Chariot, which has a nicer ride with a lot more features, but is also a lot more expensive. I've had some issues with water getting through the rain cover and it's pretty squeaky. The strap that is a backup attachment to the hitch also broke pretty early on. I was able to fix it with some staples and electric tape, but obviously that's not ideal. It does ride pretty nicely and seems solidly constructed.

Our family really likes this trailer. It has a simple design, it’s light weight, and stores very easily. I was pleased with just how easy it was to pack away into a car for family bike tripes. One complaint is that there is little air circulation. My son was very hot. One improvement would be to allow the sides to fold down instead of having g plastic windows.

We've been on several rides with the Burley Bee and it's easy to fold up and throw in the trunk to get to our favorite trails, hooks on the bike easy, and then feels light to pull. It does seem like my daughter would prefer more suspension for comfort when we are biking on the roads, but that's more an issue of our pot holes than the trailer itself.

It was easy to attach to the bike. Penny Lane loves riding in it. I love the extra storage - we took it on a 2 weeks beach stay and it was even used to get groceries. We all had beach cruisers and penny could easily go on all bike rides. I worried she’d get bored, but she loved it. We could tuck her razor in but she never opted for it
