I was using the Thule Paramount Day Bag but needed something with more storage and volume and so I purchased this bag online. In terms of size and storage, its an upgrade from my Thule bag but as far as quality goes, this Fjallraven bag failed miserably. It is very thin, cheap and flimsy. It also gives off this crackling noise like a plastic bag when moved around.

Confortable and spacious bag

This has been my go-to crossbody ever since I purchased it. I love that it’s spacious enough to fit what I need, and it’s not too big or bulky. The front zipper pocket fits my iPhone 14 pro max. The main compartment is very spacious, and there is a zippered compartment on the inside and it’s wide enough to fit my long wallet and sunglasses with the case! This leaves you with plenty of space in the middle section of the main compartment You can adjust the straps on both sides of the bag, and you can remove the straps completely to use it as a small storage bag if you wanted to. Highly recommend!

Great size and durability

I love this bag. It holds more than you might guess. When using as an everyday purse, it handily carries my wallet, cell phone, keys, inhaler, chapstick, eyedrops, sunglasses, headphones and a granola bar or two. I've tested it and it can also handle a 16oz Nalgene, though that's pushing its limits. When traveling, I also add three passports and it doesn't feel overstuffed or too heavy. The slightly padded strap is great. The internal organization is enough without being too much. It's also pretty durable - I wear it while playing at the playground with my toddler, throw it around at the climbing gym, drop it on the floor constantly, etc. It's taken quite a beating but has held up pretty well in terms of not ripping or tearing.

Not completely waterproof and needs more pockets

I like this bag, the capacity is enough to fit what I need, I just wish it was completely waterproof. How is the zipper to the main compartment not covered in any way? It makes the rest of the bag being waterproof moot when the opening right at the top of the bag carrying your important stuff is not protected. If this bag or any of their other hip packs could have a waterproof flap over the main zipper, these bags would be perfect and I would buy all of them. Also PLEASE make hip packs that have a zippered pocked on the BACK of the bag. I’d like to be able to have my phone and wallet closer to my body and easier to access than having it in the front pocket or having to open the main compartment to then access another zippered pocket on the inside.

Love this bag

I have had this bag for 6 months and it is my go-to bag. So lightweight and unobtrusive that I barely notice I’m carrying it. It’s got a front pocket, two small interior mesh pockets, and one interior zippered pocket. I can fit a small 10oz water bottle, wallet, phone, keys, and a small first aid kit in here with room to spare. If I need a bigger bag or backpack for some reason, I just take the strap off of here and toss it in the larger bag (I have a habit of forgetting to transfer essential items when going from one bag to another).

Good But Could Use Some Enhancements

Overall I love this little bag because it’s light & compact, yet still holds a lot. It has several great qualities but a few things that could use some improvement that I saw in other reviews too. I love the front zipper pocket to hold my phone, however I wish it also had a bag zipper pocket. I love the internal zipper pocket because I can secure cash, cards, small wallet etc. & know that they are safe when the main compartment is open. There are 2 mesh pockets that make separation of other small items very compartment. Probably my favorite thing is that the bag is large enough to hold a small water bottle & more in the main compartment yet it doesn’t look large, bulky or cumbersome. My biggest drawback is that the strap should extend a little longer for multiple levels of carrying. The strap is padded & very comfortable, I just wish it was longer. Despite having a few enhancements that would make this bag better I still recommend it & enjoy using it. It’s great for a day out shopping, a stroll downtown, at a concert/festival that only allows small bags, or a short hike not requiring much to carry.

Perfect for daily use!

I purchased this September 2023 and started using it almost immediately as my daily bag. I wear it as a crossbody and love where it rests (just above my hip) so it’s more attached to me. My phone, foldable wallet, pack of antibacterial wet wipes, pack of tissues, keys, lip balm, mini first aid case, and a few more small miscellaneous items fit in there. It’s now late November 2024 and you can see the wear and tear. The bag itself is still very much usable but there are visible scratches and a part of the logo on the front is starting to lift at the edges. It seems to be cosmetic for now. I do love how it’s easy to clean! I accidentally left chocolate inside and it melted. I just used a wet wipe and it got most all of it out! Not sure if the scratches are a norm for just about 14 months, but I still do love the purse.

Fun purse, but stitching problem

I really like how light weight this yellow crossbody bag is. It is perfect for my phone, small wallet, sunglasses,in and other glasses as well. I do have concerns about the quality. I have only been using this purse around a month and the stitches have started to come out in 2 places around the outside pocket. Not sure what to do about this. Maybe they should be putting in 2 rows of stitches to make it stronger at that place.

The perfect crossbody for me

I bought this a few months ago and find myself using it as my everyday bag. I needed something more durable, shoulder strap preferable (as other crossbodies I was carrying was hurting my shoulder), & multifunctional use. This bag does the tricks great for travel, hiking, dinner out with friends. It holds way more than you think and the outside pocket is a nice added bonus. Exactly what I needed and I love it!

Worth the price and hype!

This is the most amount of money I’ve ever spent on a pair of pants much less hiking pants. But I read reviews and watched reviews on YouTube and was convinced these were what I needed for fall and winter trekking. They are very comfortable and user-friendly. I love the reinforced seat and knees. Definitely worth the money. Sometimes your color and size may be hard to find but keep on the lookout.
