I found that with most single pull harnesses, I was a bit too big for the small and with the medium I was tightening so much that my gear loops were severely offset between the left and right sides. This harness solves that problem by allowing the webbing to slide freely inside the harness. In addition, the leg loops are adjustable and so I can get the fit I need. I've only worn this in the gym and so I'm not weighting it all the time, but I have belayed for prolonged periods and it's comfortable enough for that. The four gear loops all around and center mini loop for a chalk bag are more than enough for indoor needs. Sizing: I'm 5'11", 155lbs, wear 32in pants, and got a size M
This is hands down THE best harness I've had for indoor/outdoor sport climbing. It's lightweight, has enough padding and thickness, and my absolute favorite feature, the waist strap can slide within the harness to align your belt loops as you desire.
