Was excited that this was marketed with breasts in mind, but the reality wasn’t great. The little pillow inserts made to go under the breast ended up hitting mid breast, which was uncomfortable and odd considering overall the fit was a bit big (I had all straps cinched 100% to max tightness). My torso is 34”, bust is 38” (34DDD - 36DD) m/l was too big.

I have an older model of this PFD that I bought from REI on sale over a decade ago, and I still really like it. My son is about to outgrow his youth PFD, but his chest and height doesn't quite work for a Men's. Mine fits him perfectly without riding up so I'm buying a second one. Size S/M fits him (4'10" and 90 lbs) and also me (5'9" and 160 lbs).
