Excellent addition to our roof top tent!
Perfect for our Thule RTT! Slides in the channel of the tent base. Holds two pairs of shoes and two water bottles easily to keep dirt and water bottle condensation out of the tent Also doubles as a bird house.
Easy fit , flip flops and boots
Fit and finish good and install was easy, I was able to fit two pairs of boots and sandals . The organizer rolls up small enough to fit in the Thule Approach awning bag as well
Solid for camping/overlanding build
Material are very sturdy and there's plenty of room for two hiking boots, sandals, knickknacks and doodadds, etc. I use this for my camper build for truck/camping. Their last year's models have blue detailing and more smaller compartments. I like this new model bc the storage is deeper than what meets the eyes. I could store a little 12 in hatchet in this just fine.
Hangs in the trunk of my car nicely
I didn't buy this organizer to attach to a pop- up tent setup, I bought it to hang in the trunk of my car as an organizer or miscellaneous gear to keep the floor of my trunk open of other items; and it works exactly how I envisioned and hangs beautifully. I was thinking I would have to tie it to the posts of the back seat headrests, but the two connection points are semi flexible cord and I was able to insert the posts through the loops without any issue. I love the variety in size of pockets and the length of the organizer and when closed the black color blends into the color of my interior. Right now I have my trail running shoes and crocs in there with side pockets filled with spare dog leashes and bowls, first aid kit, gels and sunscreen.
SLIDES INTO CHANNEL
I was super confused trying to mount it to my tepui low pro 2 but realized it slides into the channel under the tent where an annex would go which is super useful and gives you a ton of flexibility if you want to move it to Another position to get ready under your tent. Debating buying a second one cause it’s easier than keeping bags in the tent
Nice Bag, Not Compatable
Nice bag, doesn’t work with the Thule Foothill! The screw points on the foothill tent do not line up with the rope hook on the bag. Thule needs to work on their comparability listings! Second return from one order. Not very pleased with Thule’s product descriptions.
Thank you for contacting Thule. I apologize for the confusion regarding the compatibility between the Thule Rooftop Tent Organizer and the Thule Tepui Foothill. The upper portion of the bag, where it would normally mount to the clips on legacy rooftop tents, slides into a channel mounted to the underside edge of the Thule Foothill. Thule's product management teams are in the process of updating the site and user manuals to reflect this.
