I have owned the X2 since 2021, bought new, did a few things to bike to make better, the biggest upgrade was replace spring fork with Boost Air front fork, then added handlebar risers for a more upright riding position, also upgraded front brake disc from 180 to 203mm Shimano, and big Shimano pedals too. everything else was fine. The front fork makes a huge difference. For cargo I put a large Topeak cargo bag on rear rack, it holds a ton of stuff.
