beautiful and well-made Italian quality

I want to provide an alternate view to the other reviewer here. I am also 5'5" and 140lbs, and ordered the large. I think fit might depend on what your expectations are. I actually found the kit a little loose (jersey and bibs) both, but I'm also a retired pro, and used to things fitting like a second skin. I usually fit Euro kits in a large and US kits in a medium. I feel like I might be right between sizes in this brand, and while the kit is a bit roomy (nothing worse than catching your pad on the nose of your saddle), I worry exchanging it for the medium would be a mistake. I have toured one of the main cycling clothing factories near Verona, and the care taken to produce consistently sized, well-made clothing is top notch, so I doubt it's an inconsistency thing. On the design and color: LOVE

Love the design and feel but sizing is a tad off

I read the reviews about the fit so I purchased a medium. Im 5'3 135lb. I go between small and medium jerseys depending on cut and so I sized up to the medium because of other reviews. Ill say the cut of the jersey does feel a bit off. Im very small chested and my upper body in generally is small framed but the jersey was tight on my chest and arms but loose in my mid section. Which just seems odd. It also is pretty long in the torso where Im very short torso'd so I think that is were the "loose feel" comes from. I still really like the jersey and Im keeping it, but I do have to agree with others, the sizing is just a bit off.

Cute but small shoulders/armholes

Based on other reviews of how tight the jersey is, and also looking at how it fit the woman in the photo and her measurements, I sized up and got a medium. I lift weights and have muscular arms, but I'm not a body builder or anything. I found the shoulders and armholes really tight. Maybe it's the sleeve style to start the shoulder seam somewhere on the collarbone, but it was too uncomfortable to wear for long. Too bad - It is a pretty pattern and it seems like it would be cool in hot weather. The fabric is thin and mesh-like. I was planning to wear this walking, not biking.

great quality and fit

I was worried about my size choice after reading the reviews, but as a 5’5 140 lb person with a bigger chest. The medium fit great. To me, it’s skin tight in the right places (arms and back) but it isn’t super tight on my stomach at all. Super high quality fabric. I like that the arms don’t have rubber on the inside like some cheaper jerseys do. It’s super buttery and thin. It also doesn’t sit too high on the neck, which I like. Worth the $120. I want another one!

Beautiful but tiny

I weigh 140; fit and 5’5. I bought a large. I can zip it up but i’ve seen skinsuits less tight than this. I would say someone who weighs 120 pounds might fit the size large jersey.

Weird proportions

I am obsessed with this jersey's quality and materials, and with the wildflower print, so I WANTED to love this, but I returned it. I ordered the XS based on the size chart and it fit well in the torso but the arms (and especially the armpit seams) were extremely tight. I then tried on a S and the arms were great but the torso was baggy. For context I am 24" waist and have proportional arms, and I've never had this issue with other bike jerseys.

Great design but too big

I tried this on in an xs. It was too baggy for my liking for a performance fit, particularly around the mid section. Wish they carried the xxs in this style. I am 5’2” and 102lb for reference.

New favorite jersey!

I LOVE this jersey. The flower pattern makes me happy and I get compliments every time I wear it on a ride! I am typically a size 4 and got this jersey in small which was perfect for the snug fit I like for bike jerseys.

Fits too small!

Nice lightweight jersey but was very small (had to return it). I hadn't purchased this brand. I wear a large in most jerseys (and XL is usually too big for me) Large was extremely tight. I assumed I wouldn't even fit the XL.
